"I bought this gaming laptop form Xotic PC three months ago, and it is working perfectly. I strongly recommend this builder when you are buying a gaming laptop. It is cheaper, solid built, and good services. I told my friends Xotic PC and three of them have bought their new gaming machine. Trust it, it won't let you down."

"As for the service I received at XOTIC PC, I was very happy.

I called with a last minute, significant change to my order which included installing a different SSD and it was done, though I believe it may have involved the need to remove the original drive I have ordered. I appreciated that very much. When I discovered that a 2nd AC Adapter (that, too, was included in the "last-minute" change) was not shipped with the order and contacted XOTIC, it was shipped and received by me within a few business days "

"How many times have you heard of a company that checks up on its customers? I have seen customer support that is available when I need them, but this is really the first time I encountered customer support personnel who actually check up on me a few months after the purchase has been made. It is as if they care about customer satisfaction more than the actual sale.

About three months after I had purchased the laptop, the Xotic PC customer support sent me an Email to check up on me, whether I had any issues or concerns. I rarely require someone's help, but I was actually encouraged by the offer.

As soon as I elaborated on a particular issue I was having with the drivers, I was met with the most professional and helpful service I have seen. First of all, I would get a super-prompt Email reply, as if I am their Number 1 Customer. Second, the service personnel is so highly knowledgeable that the issue was diagnosed quickly. It was a highly educational, and also an enjoyable learning experience to me.

There is no doubt in my mind that my next PC purchase will be from Xotic PC. With outstanding service and highly competitive prices, Xotic PC would also win my instant recommendation to relatives and friends."

"I purchases a Sager NP9130 from Xotic PC, and couldn't be happier. The ability to customize my laptop was great, and the extra services offered by Xotic were very worth the cost. I found th order process easy, and the discount for paying for cash only added to the value I received. The NP9130 has exceded my expectations. The performance is great, the video is very clear. The laptop runs very quite and cool. My old PC was like having an oven on my lap, the Sager NP9130 stays nice and cool.

Would I recommend Xetic PC? I already have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so."

"XoticPC review
Quick summary: I purchased a customized Asus UX32VD from XoticPC. About month after receiving the order, it became apparent that the customized wireless card (the Bigfoot Killer 1103) I had ordered was faulty. I reached out to Xotic’s customer support, and they agreed to refund the upgrade cost and cross-ship me the original wireless card for the faulty card, despite the laptop being slightly outside of the refund/return period. While obviously displeased that I had received a faulty card, I was happy with this resolution, and XoticPC’s staff was polite and professional throughout it all.

Detailed Review:
I purchased a customized Asus UX32VD from XoticPC as a gift for a family member. One of the upgrades I elected was replacing the default Intel 6235 card with a Bigfoot Killer 1103.
Through no fault of XoticPC, I had some difficulties with the shipping company, but finally managed to receive my order a few weeks after placing it. Another week or two passed before the family member mentioned that the laptop seemed to be having issues with the wireless. After many days of troubleshooting (installing and reinstalling various drivers , scouring forums for information etc.), I finally managed to pinpoint that the issue was tied to the laptop’s distance from the router: when the machine was directly next to the router, the problem was much less noticeable, but severe packet loss due to lowsignal strength became apparent after moving a short distance away from the router.

My initial thought was to simply replace the faulty Bigfoot Killer 1103 wireless card with another, but:

1. Further research indicated that 1103’s Windows 8 drivers were not entirely mature yet, a fact that I had failed to notice in my initial research.
2. Additionally, a Killer card would be unable to utilize the laptop’s default antenna, which used the uncommon MHF4 connector instead of the more common U.FL antenna connector. XoticPC had bypassed this problem by installing a separate antenna underneath the battery, but I worried that this could potentially contribute to the loss of signal due to some sort of Faraday cage effect, and at this point, I was tired of troubleshooting and just wanted the laptop to be able to maintain a steady wireless connection. I imagined that the default antenna, given that it was threaded through the plastic clutch at the hinge, would be less subject to the influence of the laptop’s aluminum body, if any such influence existed.

Therefore, in order to maximize the chances of fixing the laptop for my family member, I decided to request the stock card back (a modified Intel 6235 with MHF4 connectors) instead of asking for a replacement Killer card.

As mentioned above, XoticPC’s staff was polite and professional. I was very happy that they were able refund the cost of the upgrade and offer me the stock card back in exchange for the faulty card, despite my laptop being slightly outside the return/refund period. My only minor complaints:
1. I had to cover the cost of shipping the faulty card back. But this was far preferable to having to ship the laptop back.
2. The replacement card was not shipped in an anti-static bag. Luckily, however, it didn’t appear to have suffered any damage in transit.

Overall, despite the difficulties I had with the faulty wireless card, I was happy with the resolution and XoticPC’s customer service, and my family member is greatly enjoying the laptop now."

"Xotic PC is great. They allowed me to create a computer to my specs and cheaper than any computer I could buy at box stores. I had great service and immediate feedback when I had questions about my bill. I was also able to pay via a money order which eased my mind because I did not have to pay with a debit or credit card. The timeline that was given to me was accurate and I received my computer when I expected to. Right now I am typing this review on said computer and I love it!"

"As someone who has never used a reseller like this I questioned my purchase. They threw me a complete surprise with there service and products.

I finally decided to use them because I couldn't find the laptop that had everything I wanted it in anywhere else. I am glad i made that decision. Throughout the whole process there customer service treated me like i mattered to them. Always respectful and knowledgeable about there products and service. You don't see that to often anymore.

I will recommend Xotic PC to anyone looking to buy a standard or custom computer.

I know this review is not about the product but since i did do little modifications to my laptop i bought i figured i would share my experiences.

Xotic PC changed the thermal compound on my laptop. I was kind of scared since I have never had someone else take my laptop part, but Xotic PC did a great job and my laptop has been running smoothly since the day I received it.

"I purchased the MSi GT70 (with a few personal touches), and must say that the product itself is an absolute beast, and beautiful to boot. The pictures on the website did a good job of showing me what to expect, and I'm very happy with the appearance and performance - I've encountered _zero_ problems with my computer since receiving it.

This would be a perfect 5 star review if not for a minor holdup in production. I purchased rush processing to get the computer in my hands within the week after I bought it, but they emailed me and told me that the product was out of stock and they needed to ship one in. This normally wouldn't be a big deal, but I called them shortly after that email and they found out they actually did have one in stock. They then told me that the processing would proceed, but I didn't get any updates until Wednesday of the week I expected it, and it didn't arrive until the next Monday, making it 14 days between purchase and arrival.

In spite of this slight mix-up, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, and I'm overall very happy with the experience. I'll probably get my next machine from these guys!"

"Xotic PC has a great selection of laptops, with all the details you need to see, and good customization options. I was very happy with the service received, they were very friendly and accommodating. When I ordered, they explained there was a backlog of orders, so it did take longer than they said it would initially. But besides that, I am very pleased. The pricing was excellent as well. I definitely got my money's worth, and ended up with a higher quality laptop than I had set out to get, while still in my price range."

"I recently received my brand new Sager laptop ordered through Xotic PC and I wanted to share what a great experience I had! Everything about the process went just as planned and I truly appreciated their personal customer service. That's something that is lacking with most online purchases. I was spending a bundle so it was really great to have the name and email of the one person at the company who was overseeing fullfillment. After I received it, I had a couple questions and again, dealt with one person, Tanner, who was awesome answering me timely and helping me out. I wouldn't hesitate to recomment Xotic PC to anyone. "I had never heard of Xotic PC when I was shopping for a laptop earlier this year. I was looking for a specific brand (Sager) and XoticPC.com came up as a good reseller of Sager laptops. I was immediately impressed by the number of configuration options offered in addition to various Rush processing options. The fully configured laptop even ended up being significantly cheaper than it was on competing sites.

I placed my order and was frequently updated with its status without having to bother logging into the site and constantly check. My laptop arrived within a week of the order being placed. I couldn't be happier with them and will definitely be ordering my next laptop there."

"There are many websites online where you can build your own custom laptop, but I can honestly say I'm thrilled I purchased my Sager np-9370 from Xotic PC.

Customer service was excellent. There was in issue with purchasing my laptop at the outset - turns out my credit card was printed with a wrong 3 digit security number. Glad to know that they withhold charging you until everything lines up 100%.

Received exactly what I had ordered, perfect condition, packaging was great.

Further, they even followed up with me within the first three months regarding my purchase satisfaction. Their customer service department from my experience is top notch (I work on a support desk so I have a fair understanding of that type of department).

I would recommend anyone serious about technology to check out Xotic PC before making any upcoming major purchases. I'm glad I did."
