I was recommended this brand of laptop as well as the site from a friend. I was told that Sager was a great company if you were geared towards gaming. First of all, I would get a super-prompt Email reply, as if I am their Number 1 Customer. Second, the service personnel is so highly knowledgeable that the issue was diagnosed quickly.
