"There are many websites online where you can build your own custom laptop, but I can honestly say I'm thrilled I purchased my Sager np-9370 from Xotic PC.

Customer service was excellent. There was in issue with purchasing my laptop at the outset - turns out my credit card was printed with a wrong 3 digit security number. Glad to know that they withhold charging you until everything lines up 100%.

Received exactly what I had ordered, perfect condition, packaging was great.

Further, they even followed up with me within the first three months regarding my purchase satisfaction. Their customer service department from my experience is top notch (I work on a support desk so I have a fair understanding of that type of department).

I would recommend anyone serious about technology to check out Xotic PC before making any upcoming major purchases. I'm glad I did."

"I purchased my custom laptop from Xotic PC on a friend's recommendation, and I couldn't be happier with the whole process.

They offer a huge variety with a multitude of customization options, so I was able to get the exact laptop I wanted -- and, as a bonus, they let me build it without an operating system.

Normally I wouldn't be all that loyal to a device assembler, as they're primarily competing on price -- however, the customer service at Xotic was so phenomenal that I'll be absolutely buying from them again. I pinged the associate assigned to me order lots of times with rather obnoxious questions (e.g. "what's the latest with my order?"), and each time I was met with a very professional, thorough response. She was also immensely helpful with arranging some rather tricky shipping instructions.

From my experience, the only major downside from ordering from Xotic is the order fulfillment time -- but, a lengthy build time is to be expected from any custom laptop provider.

All in all, great experience, will be shopping with Xotic again. "

"I bought my first laptop with Xoticpc and the costumer service is outstanding, I was looking for a high-performance AMD A-10 laptop and as soon as I arrived at Xoticpc I realized something special had just happened.

I found the laptop I was looking for and was able to add a couple of improvements, I cannot express with word what I experienced when my laptop finally arrived, this is the first time I make such an investment and not only do I not regret it I'm looking forward to making a new purchase... in about a year's time.

I hadn't even received my laptop and I was already telling people about Xoticpc, I didn't know there were companies that would allow you to optimize a laptop to this extent.

I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm looking forward to buy again from them, recommended? Absolutely!!"

"Beware of the limited availability Alienware laptops! These might take months to come! I haven't got the machine for 2 months since the the order was placed.

Customer support is very concerned about their reseller rating, which is an excellent thing! I will rate them 3* now. Once I get the machine to prove their intentions true, they are getting the 5* rating. Hope everyone will find it fair.

"I am very pleased with the service I received after ordering a custom laptop from Xotic PC. I compared the cost of the laptop from Xotic to another reseller as well as Sager directly, and all three cost the same, but Xotic has a military discount and also gets better reviews for their customer service, so I decided to go through them. I received a few emails and a quick phone call verifying my order and updating me on the status of my order. Based on the friendliness of the service I received, I have no doubts that if I ever needed to contact Xotic PC regarding my laptop, they would be very accommodating. I would definitely order from them again and have recommended them to friends already."

"This is my second purchase at Xotic PC, for a Sager NP9370 which is actually a better value than my previous laptop. The Sager model has two slots for video cards, which can be upgraded at a later date if needed. Because I was able to sell my other previous gaming laptop at a good price, my laptop was further discounted by an additional 750 dollars. Thanks again for everyone at XoticPC for making it such a painless purchase. I would recommend Sager/XoticPC to anyone looking for an excellent laptop with the personal touch and care of a knowledgeable staff. "

"I purchased my NP9150 after a few months of research. I chose Xotic PC because they had the best price for what I wanted, and had great reviews. I can tell you first hand that I have never had a better computer buying experience, they were helpful prompt and courteous. I purchased the express build option, and my new laptop was in my hands in 10 days. I will definitely be doing business with Xotic again."

"I did a lot of looking around at various online retailers and resellers before settling on XoticPC. I'm a gamer nerd, and I knew exactly what I wanted when I set out to buy a new laptop. The problem was, it seemed that no one had the exact thing I wanted.

When I found Xotic, I knew I found the place who could give me what I wanted. The customizability, the level of quality, the service - everything pointed to a great experience. I found the laptop I wanted, I added and subtracted and changed things around the way I wanted it, and submitted my order. I was contacted quickly about my order to clarify things before they sent it to be built.

The customer service and account people are wonderfully nice and quick to respond, and even though it seemed like forever waiting for my laptop (anxiety and just wanting my perfect gamer rig), it was a pretty quick turnaround for a custom job. I've already suggested Xotic to numerous people, and will continue to do so because, frankly, they've given me better customer service than anyone, ever."

"I recently purchased the Sager 9370 from XoticPC and I couldn't be happier with the product or service I received from XoticPC. The laptop was built and shipped within 3 days of my original order date. I use it as a full desktop replacement and it has no problem handling the latest games with the NVidia 680MX video card. XoticPC also gave me a return customer discount which I wasn't expecting. Again, can't go wrong with XoticPC! I'll be buying again when I need an upgrade in a couple years!"

"I checked dozens of forums and magazines to find the perfect gaming laptop and company to get it from. After a few weeks of research I decided to go with Xotic PC because of their reputation for customer service and configuration options.

I was able to purchase a top of the line laptop for hundreds less than Dell and other major retailers while also getting the most hardware options. The competition (Alienware, etc) didn't even offer the power I was looking for in a 15 inch laptop!

I was assigned a sales rep who helped me through the whole process and checked up with me well after the sale was closed out. He seemed very knowledgeable and actually excited about the products that the company sells, which is something I couldn't say about the experiences I had with sales personnel from their competition.

All in all I would definately recommend Xotic PC and would gladly buy my next gaming machine from them."

"After all my research for a good gaming laptop, sager np9150 have filled in my needs for my usage. I also have found Xoticpc.com with great reviews and ratings from previous customers.

Prior from putting in my order, I've contacted the customer service with certain question regarding parts and upgrades. They were very helpful and patient. I thank you guys for that.

After placing my order and patiently waited for my new gaming laptop, I was pleased with built. It was cleaned and quality feels great. The laptop exceeded my needs and no signs of damages during shipping.

"I was looking for a new laptop and I did not want what the big box stores wanted to offer, I wanted a laptop my way and Xotic PC was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to order a Sager NP9170 the way I wanted it and couldn't be more happier with my decision. The different options that are available make my laptop unique in its own way. My next PC rather it be a desktop or a laptop will definitely come from Xotic PC."
