"Just purchased an AsusG74S-3D and it is great. I had lots of customizations and a deadline but that wwas no problem. In just 4 days I had my new rig in hand ready to travel.

I could not be happier with my sales, billing and shipping experience with XoticPC. I had heard nothing but good things from others and I can say I am thankful to have found a supplier that cares as much about high end gear as much as I do.

"In January I purchased a Sager NP8170 from Xotic PC that I love. After researching Gaming Laptops for several months, I decided to give Xotic PC a chance. Being a first time customer I was absolutely amazed by the experience. I received constant and great customer service, shipping and processing was quick, and they allowed me to customize my machine exactly how I wanted. Several months after my purchase they even contacted me and asked if I was still satisfied with everything!

I appreciate the amazing experience I received. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I will be recommending this company to all of my friends."

"Xotic PC offers great computers and really good prices. The amount of customization you can choose from is amazing. I was able to get the computer I always wanted, so I am very happy. The service was top notch. Build time and shipping were very good. They even called to confirm some choices I had made and review my order with me. I will definitely be suggesting the site to anyone I know who's looking for a good computer. Especially gamers."

"Xotic PC had the best price and customization options by far on the laptop I wanted, which I picked from their simply massive selection. They even combined discounts, so I paid that much less than any other seller. Even during the holiday rush, it was built and shipped quickly, and is everything I'd hoped for. On the single occasion in four months I've had to contact them, customer service was unfailingly quick, polite, and helpful, even with complex technical questions that would take hours on the phone to get a decent answer to with a larger brand, such as HP or Dell. They even emailed me a few days ago to check in and make sure I was happy with my purchase. I've already sold several others on Xotic PC, and my next laptop purchase will certainly be from them. One final note: I was a little apprehensive about sending a check to a small company in Nebraska that I hadn't heard of until a few weeks before, but if you want to use the cash discount, I had absolutely no trouble with the process."

"XoticPC is far and away the best place to get a new PC.

Excellent customization options for a wide selection of products. The customer service representative who called to confirm my order was comically cheerful. The product arrived quickly and without trouble. Best of all, there was no extra nonsense shovelware included; just the stuff needed to get going.

Will definitely buy from them again."

"My honest review of XOTIC PC (read entirely)... My direct response to Cedric S., Support Manager for XOTIC PC:

"I want to let you know how I have had very serious problems with my entire experience. First, your ordering process was far too easy, easier than ordering my morning coffee. In fact, between your extreme selection allowing me to dial in my EXACT preferences, and your easy to navigate web site, I didn't have even one chance to get confused or wallow over unanswered questions.

Second, you and your staff were WAY too helpful and knowledgeable. Next you accommodated me with what I would have considered an IMPOSSIBLE request.

After that, my order arrived too quickly and exactly as I ordered. It came in a box, in a box, in a box, with extra packing materials - not even giving the shipping company a chance of damaging my laptop which really isn't fair to them.

Finally, my laptop is built too sturdily and works too well. It natively runs Red Hat and ESXi without any proprietary drivers and each function of the laptop works flawlessly.

I'm utterly disgusted. How in the world am I supposed to nurture my ulcer with your fantastic service and quality like this??? You guys better get your acts in order or else you'll be putting Michael Dell out of business, and nobody wants that!

Thanks from me to you. And I'm a guy who never seems to find the time to write reviews - especially positive ones.

"My husband and I were shopping for new gaming rigs, but we didn't want to go with the big names and we wanted at least some of the assembly work done in the USA. We decided to get Sager systems, but being unfamiliar with resellers or the process, we decided to cut our possible losses and buy from two different resellers. I bought my Sager from Xotic PC, while my husband chose a small reseller from Florida. I have to say, I won, hands down. Everything about my order through Xotic PC was a much better experience. The price was less through Xotic. Even though we both ordered on the same day, and chose the same shipping, I got my system over a week earlier than he got his. The other reseller had Sager send the system to Florida, so they could add their logo and change the bios before they shipped his machine to us. Buying from Xotic, my machine came securely boxed in both an outer shipping carton and a nice inner box that was in perfect condition and ready to stay in my closet in case I needed it. Hubby's machine was shipped to us in only the inner box, with all Sager labeling covered up. His box was only fit for the recycling bin - it was pretty messed up. I think the other reseller was trying to hide the fact that the machine was a rebranded Sager. Not Xotic -- they were proud to be selling such a highly recommended machine.

Customer service at Xotic was top notch. I loved being able to chat online live with someone even though I was shopping on a Saturday afternoon. They were very helpful on the phone too, and very patient while I tried to decide if I wanted a solid state hard drive or not, or which RAM configuration was best for my needs.

As for my laptop - it's awesome. I raid on Warcraft and I've been doing the beta testing on Diablo III, and this rig more than easily handles it with no heat issues and minimal latency. I have been playing nearly daily on it for over three months and I just love it.

I highly recommend buying a Sager gaming rig from Xotic PC -- great experience and great value!"

"I placed an order with XoticPC, and Hutsady walked me through a few questions I had since I'm making the purchase from outside the US, and I placed my order, and worked on making a wire transfer.
Unfortunately, it turned out difficult for me to make the wire transfer, and went ahead with a different reseller that accepted my international credit card. I posted my purchase on notebookreview.com and it slipped my mind to contact XoticPC and inform them.
Hutsady e-mailed me and asked if I would like to cancel my order with them. I apologized and asked him to cancel my order. He congratulated me on my purchase and said he'd take care of it.

A re-seller's reputation can take you to their doorstep, but it's your individual experience with them that takes you in. XoticPC were helpful, courteous, and very patient. I would highly recommend them."
