"UPDATE 8/2/07:
Well, after a series of tickets on the website, I did finally recieve a courteous reply saying that my order had shipped. This morning I recieved a tracking number, and my Wii shall arrive tomorrow. While the lack of communication was stressful I'd have to say that I would do business with them again (assuming the install arrives as advertised). I've revised my rating accordingly.
I have yet to recieve an update on my order, even after placing 2 tickets on their websiteMy Wii was delivered to the installation center on Wed. 7/25 via Fedex, and I have gotten no response since then. Being that I shipped them my Wii, I'm starting to get very concerned. Maybe a post here will get an appropriate update, at which point I will revise my rating of their service."
