Royal Mail have confirmed non-delivery after 28 days.
Customer has been refunded in full.
Royal Mail are not a courier service, do not have any tracking information,
and so are unable to locate any parcel at any time.”

We wanted some special cables, use then online order system, order confirmed.
Then they tell us they only have one, but we need it so send that.
It didn't arrive next day although I paid for overnight delivery. I informed Span but they didn't follow it up.
I'm still trying to get my money back, the 'tracking' number they gave me is not recognised by Royal Mail.
I'm sure if your order has no problems you will be happy, but the mark of a good company is when an order goes bad how do they sort things out.
The service I have from Span is on par with Ryanair customer services!

11th December 2009 received the following offer from Worldspan
“If you will now remove your review from resellerratings.com, any others you may have posted, and undertake not to post one again, we will as a gesture of goodwill, send you a second free cable today by Citylink for delivery on Monday.”

“The claim with Royal Mail has been sent and we are still awaiting the outcome, we have contacted them and been informed that it is still being processed. We will contact you as and when we hear anything.”
They have had my money since 19th November 2009, they have no proof of delivery by the Royal Mail, yet they still refuse to refund my money.
