"I ordered a TV for my daughter last month. Woot said they shipped to the correct address, but it did not arrive. When I contacted customer service (They only allow email- no phone calls), I had to wait 24 hours for a response. They asked me to verify address. I had to wait another 24 hours for a response. I asked them to ship out another one. I had to wait another 24 hours for a response. They said they would ship another one after the original was returned via the shipping carrier. I begged them to call me- they hid behind their computers and said they don't call customers. After doing this for 2 weeks, I received a credit on my card. I emailed them again to ask if they were going to charge for the new TV. They said they didn't have anymore. Too bad.
I would use a reputable vendor that is more responsive to their customers after they get your payment. These folks are cowards hiding behind a computer screen- DO NOT USE THEM. If you have a problem, you'll have a wicked time getting them to respond with a solution. Don't even bother when they're are much more reputable vendors out there."

"I love Woot. I have bought many things from them, and they always come as described. Shipping is a little slower then other companies, but they let you know estimated delivery. They then send via FedEx so once shipped it arrived quickly."

"Don't buy from Woot! Bought items and it never showed up, took another 2 weeks to get items. While the items were beening sent the second time the Mfg. of the items went out of business and I wrote to them asking if there was a chance for a refund since the electronic devices no longer had a customer supoort system, their response was very rude. Here is just a section from their email, keep in mind the mfg.is out of business and I can't call them:

I’m very sorry, unless we send you the wrong item, grossly misrepresent a product or are the providers of the item's warranty, we do not take back products. You can get more information from our FAQ/"What is Woot?" section of our site:

Will I receive customer support like I'm used to?

No. Well, not really. If you buy something you don't end up liking or you have what marketing people call "buyer's remorse," sell it on eBay. It's likely you'll make money doing this and save everyone a hassle. If the item doesn't work, find out what you're doing wrong. Yes, we know you think the item is bad, but it's probably your fault.

Very unprofessional, there is no phone number listed to call anyone at WOOT, and won't buy from them again."

"Sansa refurbished products purchased from w00t! (or elsewhere for that matter) are not covered by any Sansa warranty. You will not get a replacement or a refund from Sansa. w00t! also refuses to replace faulty "Bag Of Crap" items regardless of manufacturer.

Warning not whining."

"I've always had good experiences with Woot. While I do get tired of seeing the same types of items on there day after day, the occasional amazing deal that is right up my alley makes it all worthwhile.

I live in Dallas and their warehouse is in Irving so I usually get items VERY quickly, which is nice.

Had one issue where I had to return something due to it not working properly and they took care of it promptly."

"My issue with Woot! has almost entirely to do with shipping, particularly with Woot's use of FedEx "Smartpost" to ship nearly everything. This delays Woot's notoriously slow shipping process still further.
In addition, the "customer care" specialist(s) are less than wonderful; At one point last year, one of their reps. found "no issues" with a parcel that had been misrouted 6 times and eventually lost! FedEx has only managed to misroute my current shipment 3 times between Wisconsin and Michigan, apparently oblivious to the fact that I live in neither state! Good show Woot! See-ya."
