"I ordered a Plantronics Pro from these thieves.
It came in an old bag, no waranty, not instructions no box.
It was dirty and when I used it I got an ear rash.
Make sure when you order from them it is New and in a box with all docs.
I will never, ever buy anything again from these theives."

"Received my motorokr s9 hd in a ziplock baggy...should've stopped there but didn't...synched it with all three of my devices to find it was stuck at volume one and would go no higher...took a close inspection to see it was patina'd on the metal part ( corrosion)...emailed igor and received an email saying you could keep it and receive a 10$ refund or ship it back and get a replacement headset ( probably of the same caliber)...karma works wonders...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER...give your money to a homeless person you'll get more out of it..."

"I purchased a BlueAnt wireless device from WirelessOEMShop in June 2011, and it was most certainly my WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I could write pages enumerating all the unethical experiences I have had with this company and the owners/representatives, but the reviews below have it all - charge for a new product and send a used one, and no customer service whatsoever. On top of that, they also lied to me and made me pay cash for shipping their item back, promising to reimburse me for the shipping expenses. After they received the item back (BTW, they never even bothered to let me know that they received the item, let alone thank me for it!) they just told me they are not going to send me any money and just stopped responding to my emails. I submitted a claim through Better Business Bureau (BBB), but of course, they ignored my claim, did not even bother to send a reply. At the time I was submitting the claim, BBB had more than 10 unresolved (i.e. ignored) complaints on this "Shop." I am not sure how this firm operates, but seems like they do not care much about what people will think about them, whcih inevitably makes one think that perhaps the purpose of this firm is not to generate profits, but just serve as a "shell" for some other activities. I am not saying, I am just saying...."

"I recently purchased a Motorola wireless headset and bluetooth adapter for my ipod from WirelessOEMShop. It came to my house with no documentation, packaging, directions, return instructions or return address. It was just the two products in a clear baggie. I was disappointed. The adapter did not work with my headset.
I did the only thing I could do which was return the product in an envelope with everything that came in the original package to the address it shipped from. They have refused to refund me. Now I'm out a headset and my money. What a brutal disappointment!"

"I ordered a Plantronics Voyager Pro plus. It arrived today DOA in, you guessed it, in a plastic bag. I just sent the owner an email regarding this problem. I also notified Paypal. If I don't have a resolution of this problem in the next two days I will open up a file on Paypal. I wished I would have read the reviews before ordering the item. I guess it had to do with dealing with reputable Internet dealers. However, I am going to ask Paypal why they keep allowing this company to bill through Paypal with all of these buyers complaints. I would suggest that everyone who has been burned by this company to deluge Paypal with complaints. The more complaints the faster Paypal will shut them down. But, why stop there? Contact the attorney General in this company's state and ask to have an investigation on the company. Unless customers rise up this company's bad behavior will just keep existing!"

"Do not order from this company! The item I ordered was listed as new but was actually refurbished. On top of that, it did not work. I tried contacting them by e-mail with no response. I finally filed a dispute through Paypal and that got them to at least respond to me. I still have not received a refund or replacement."

"Avoid this company... unit received was either used or refurb, with magic marker writing on it. You just get the headset and transformer- no ear gel set, no foam set, no software or manual. For $7 more you can get the full retail package from Amazon.com."

"I placed an order with these fraudulent people. Big Mistake!! The website says that they will ship within 48 hours. I placed an order on June 15 and someone called me on June 20 to say that there was an item that wasn't in stock. They then stated that I would receive a partial refund which I still haven't gotten. They gave a tracking number that can't be tracked and no one can tell me when the pack is going to be delievered. I called back to the number that called me on the 20th and this retard keeps trying to talk to me about the item that was no longer in stock. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO GET YOUR ITEMS!!! Order was placed on 15th today is the 22nd and I STILL DONT HAVE IT!!!"

"I meant to order a Motorola H730 headset, but accidently order a Motorola H710. This was my fault, but I was confused because while I was looking at the specs on the H730, I clicked on a picture of the H710 that was shown below. Was that intentional to confuse someone into buying an older, 2 models earlier, discontinued, phone that looks exactly alike? I unfortunately did not double check it in the shopping cart because it looked the same. I received the phone and noticed that it was the wrong headset. I could not find a phone number, so I sent OEM a very simple email stating that I had ordered the wrong phone and asking what I could do to exchange it. I got an one line email from Igor stating, "this item was shipped already". What does that mean? I sent another email asking if they had read my email and have yet to hear from them. If I had seen all these reviews, I never would have purchased, nor will I ever purchase, from OEM again. "

"I bought a hbs-700 lg blue tooth headset. These are great headsets, unfortunately the seller is not. WirelessOemShop.com has scammed me. I ordered two for gifts for family members. Well I was suspicious when they came in a plastic bag and no instructions or original packaging. No wonder they where at such a good price. I looked at them and determined them to be refurbished. I went to the website and no mention of anything other than a brand new product. Ok lets try them out, guess what one charger didn't work at all, the other I can hear the transformer humming from across the room. They wouldn't pair the did seem to come on. I wanted what I order which was suppose to be new. After reading around on the Internet I was not the first to be had. I sent them back as they said they would refund and two months later and in the middle of a paypal dispute. I am not sure I will even get my money back or the headsets. Thanks wirelessoemshop.com for stealing my money......I learned my lesson I went to radio shack for a few dollars more even got and in store warranty they are new and my wife, brother and dad all love thiers......Buyer beware "

"Bought Motorola HZ800 bluetooth headset from WirelessOEMShop. First unit arrived in a cheap bubble pack mailer offering very little protection, charged, then died. Sent defective unit back on my dime after very slow response from CS. Replacement arrived, in another cheap bubble pack mailer, charged, paired with cell phone, then died immediately - the on-off switch having failed stuck in the ON position. Inspecting the on/off switch could see the shiny surface worn down on one edge - clearly a used unit. For the price (half what an Amazon vendor charges) had I sent the unit back for another replacement, my costs would have then approached the next least expensive available on the internet. Weeks had gone by with painfully slow customer service responses. Much aggravation later, I decided to contact Motorola, who was kind enough to replace the unit with a brand new package (with all the correct parts and pieces - wow!). Note: WirelessOEM shop sold the original unit as an "OEM" 'package' without the retail box, only one set of earplugs (the original comes with a half dozen to get the best fit) and the charger they sent was a Samsung(!) with output specs not even similar to the actual Motorola charger. These guys are clearly scam artists and anyone in their right mind reading this review should take it to heart that the chances of getting ripped off by these guys and even in the best case getting used equipment that works after a fashion (maybe, but without any real warranty and without all the parts) - in either case, you aren't getting a good deal. Avoid WirrelessOEMShop like the plague. BTW, if I could have given them a zero or negative rating for this review, I would have done so."
