"The worst company in my history of dealing with companies. 0% satisfaction with customer service. I know it's been said before, but I really wish I read all of these reviews before going ahead and dealing with these un-human people. I placed my order April 4th, waited around 2 and a half weeks. I decided to call them and see how my order is going. I call once and they put me on hold until I got disconnected. Call again, and the same thing happens. My 3rd call and I get someone who puts me on hold for 30 minutes just to tell me, on April 22nd, that my order was never even processed and my wheels weren't even in stock. Worst company in history. Save your time and hassle, don't choose wheelsnext.com."

"The worst customer service / company / web based product experience I have EVER had..

March 1st 3am : Initial Order Placed, 5 wheels & tires. Roadside warranty not selected, nitrogen fill selected.

March 1st 5:30pm : Email from sales rep, confusied about quantity and order, said the price didn't match up with the money sent via PayPal. In the email, the quantities were all 4, and the roadside was now selected, and nitrogen fill wasn't selected.

March 1st 5:40pm : Called and entered the extension number for the sales rep, when prompted. It didn't forward me to him, instead I sat on hold for 20 min, only to get the wrong guy, then sat on hold for another 10 minutes to get transferred to the right guy. At that point I confirmed the quantity was 5 wheels and 5 tires, and corrected the details. He then stated that the tires I ordered could not be found in the system, so I had to change tires to something lesser then my original order, at which point he said he'd send a refund for the $40 difference.

March 2nd : Received a $50 refund...

March 9th : I called to find out where my order was at. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes, and was then told that it hadn't been shipped yet. After about another 20 minutes on hold, I was told that he had contacted all the wharehouses, and none of them had my wheels in stock, and there was no knowledge as to when they would arrive. I requested a refund, and was told I would get it within 3-5 days.

March 15th: Six days later, I called back to find out where my refund was. After another 20-30 minutes on the phone, I expressed my irritation mildly, and was then put on hold for another 20 minutes. When the guy came back, he told me that all the managers and financial people were in a meeting, and he had sent them all emails about my refund. He asked me to call him back the next day at 4pm to check on it.

March 18th 3:30pm : I called back, waited on hold for the usual 20 minutes to get a rep. (I had been busy the previous days). At this point I was told that there was no previous request in the system for a refund, and that the financial managers had gone home at five. I was told to call at 4, I assumed the call center was in California, but apparently it is in Florida, so despite that I called at 3:30, they were already gone for the day. It would have been nice if he told me what time zone. I was told that I would have to call back on Monday. He insisted that I not file a dispute for the order, threatening that it would delay the process greater. He then told me that he had even emailed the OWNER of the company about my refund. I went ahead and filed a dispute with paypal for the $$$, I didn't escalate it to a claim yet, just wanted to let them know I'm not playing around.

March 21st 1:30pm : I called and waited the 20 minutes for a rep, after getting a rep, I am told that nothing can be done, because I filed a dispute. I sternly suggested that he transfer me to the financial manager at that point. He quickly said that he would try to get this dealt with, and threw me on hold for another 20 minutes. After he returned, he expressed that a refund was sent 5 minutes ago and we ended the conversation. The refund showed up about 10 minutes later, with a note that they apologize and hope I'll come back, YEAH RIGHT!

I have never had to go to such lengths to get a refund for an order that THE SELLER COULDN'T SUPPLY! First they couldn't give me the tires I wanted, then the rims too... And then they hold my money for 20 days? And why didn't he call when he was confused about the order, instead of emailing and making me call and wait on hold. And why when I originally emailed a response back, did he never reply? And why, when the order didn't ship right away, didn't somebody contact me about the fact that my product of choice was no longer available. And why, if the product wasn't in stock, was it listed on the site, with no note that it was backordered. And why, when I called for a refund, was I continuously told to call back at another time. And why, was I asked to call back at 4pm, and not told a time zone, when they have two locations which are 3 hours time difference. Need I say more?"

" I guess I am the next sucker to be taken by wheelsnext. I wish I had read the reviews before I got sucked in by the Black Friday prices. Customer service was okay until they got my money even though I had to make and cancel several orders because they didn't have the rims for my vehicle as advertised I kept trying to buy from them like a dummy until I ordered some rims that was recommended to me by Rafael. The rims took forever to arrive but Rafael did warn me that it would take awhile because the rim and tire combo was coming from California. When the package arrive I quickly saw that the weights had fallen off the wheels and had stuck to the packaging ( so much for free wheel balancing) so I had to pay to have the wheels balanced. Rafael did say they would refund the money if I fax or email a copy of the receipt and the invoice which I did several times and after two months I am still waiting for my refund. If that wasn't bad enough, the studs for my center cap were not all the same size. After I called wheels next and explain to them that the only thing I wanted was a replacement stud for the one that was too small, Maxx started giving me the run around by asking me to send in a picture of the center cap and then telling me that all the studs were the same size. I sent the picture of the center cap (several times) which I knew would not be of any help and sent several more emails to the customer service and any other email address related to the company but I was totally ignored. I finally got tired of driving around in the snow with the center cap missing so I went to ACE hardware store and bought a stud that fit. Of course it was not chrome, like the ones I paid wheels next for but at least the center cap is on. Oh I must not forget the wheels them selves are horrible, I'm sure they are not perfectly round but for now I will have to deal with the vibration until I can take the wheels off and have someone mend them for me or just get rid of this crap. Take it from me don't buy from these con-artists,spend a little more money and go to a shop near you."

"Don't get sucked in by low prices. By far the worse service I have ever received - absolute nightmare.
Purchased order for wheels and tires back on Sept 27,2010 for a surprise for my wife. The sales person said they should arrive in 7-10 days in time for Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. After a week I called to get the tracking information assuming there may be a delay at the border. The wheels hadn't even been shipped yet - and they were supposed to be in stock. After calling and calling they finally offered a tracking number. The wheels finally did get shipped but got returned back to their warehouse because proper shipping forms were not included with the shipment. A few days later the wheels were then reshipped and did not arrive to my house until Oct 31st...a month after ordering. But wait it gets better... 3 of the 4 wheels were mangled - over 14 major chips in the wheels. Next I had to call Wheels Next and send pictures. After another week of calling back and forth They said they could either: knock off $120 off the $1800 order, or ship out a new set of wheels (who knows how mangled they would be or how long that would take, or refund my money minus a restocking fee (so i get no wheels and eat about $500). After hearing another set of wheels would be shipped the exact same way with no other protection i elected to get a refund - eating the money would be worth it to not have to deal with these people ever again. I was told shipping labels would be sent out, repack the wheels and Fedex would come pick them up - and once they arrive at the warehouse money would be refunded. I had to call 3 times over the next 2 weeks to confirm labels would actual sent to me.

Once the labels arrived Fed Ex took the wheels and I assumed all would be well. Nope not the case. Wheels next did not include any shipping paperwork so the shipment was stuck in a warehouse for over a week in Toronto. After many calls to WheelsNext they did nothing to help get the shipment moving. I had to have FedEx fax me paper work i have never seen before and fill it all out myself to get their shipment over the border. The wheels finally arrived Nov 20, 2010 at the warehouse in Florida. I was assured by the Wheels Next people the refund should only take a few days... this was not the case. I was lied to many times over the phone, many times having to wait over an hour being bounced around from one department to another trying to see why the refund wasn`t being processed. This went on for the rest of Nov and Dec. December I contacted my credit card and explained the situation - they agreed no customer should ever be treated this way. They suggested I call them back and advise I would be processing a charge-back on the card (Credit card will refund the money and fine the merchant). This helped a little it but it still took calls every 3 days through December to finally get a person on Wheels Next end that cared. The first week of Jan the credit card company agreed we have waited long enough, they started processing the charge back. Before it fully processed - Wheels Next finally refunded my money Jan 18, 2011. Almost 5 months later its finally over. Please learn from this experience - something good has to become of it. "

"I will never order from wheels next again and I advise you not to bother.

I ordered from them and was told it would be 7 days it took more like 3 weeks.

When the wheels arrived the weights for the balancing were loose. I called the office and was told to have them balanced locally and they would refund the cost up to 40 dollars. That was 10/01/10. Also, my car has a sensor for tire pressure which had to be installed in the new set of rims and tires. As a result they had to be removed from the rims, installed and remounted. Lots of extra cost.

I faxed in the receipt knowing that I would only be paid back a fraction of the cost anyway. Weeks passed an nothing so I called them up. They said " email it to me we dont know what happens to it when faxed to customer service".

As ridiculous as that sounds I emailed it to customer service. Again, time passed and I never received the refund. Again I called and asked about status, again they could not tell me what happened to the email. Email it to me directly I was told, I said fine but stay on to confirm that you have it. I was put on hold for ever, finally I disconnected and called back but was not able to get anyone on the line.

Don't buy from these people. I would have done alot better by ordering locally.

"Custom wheels and tires my @$$... never ordering from them again. They sent me bad rims and took them 5 months to make it right. I finally get to use the wheels i purchased over 5 months ago. Their customer service guy Jereme is simply the rudest person in their company. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for wheel and tire combos. STAY AWAY FROM WHEELSNEXT"

"Preface: I never write reviews online. None of this is an exaggeration. I felt obligated to provide the below information so that you can avoid:

One of the worst purchase experiences of my lifetime. I'm confidant that any positive reviews for Wheels Next are coming from their internal staff. Wheels Next is terrible. They're customer service is completely unreasonable and they're return policy is shady.

They're wheels didn't fit the make and year of my car. They refused a refund and/or exchange, even after providing pictures that the wheels were not damaged.

They are slow and unresponsive. They also try to upsell you over the phone. Their stock is over priced. They'll also keep you on hold over the phone.

My first attempt to make a purchase online didn't even go through to their systems.

I literally have to go to my bank to pull back the payment because they're wheels have no purpose for my car and they refuse to assist."

ResellerRatings.com TOP REVIEWER!

"I wish I'd seen all the bad reviews online for wheelsnext before I ordered. I lost out on the chance to get a Black Friday deal from a reputable vendor. I placed my order for a snow tire & wheel package on 26 November. A salesman who I believe was named John left a message for me on 29 November. There was a problem with my order. Neither the tires nor the wheels were available in the sizes I ordered. So we changed the sizes to something else that would work, but I had to pay the difference.

I sent an email on 2 December asking for an order update. No response. I called customer service today (6 December) and spoke with J.R. He said my order hadn't been placed because they needed to verify with the wheel manufacturer to make sure they would fit my vehicle. What?! First off, why did the website show the wheels were guaranteed fit my vehicle if they weren't sure? Secondly, why wasn't that checked the week prior when I confirmed the changes to the order with the salesman over the phone? Anyway, J.R. said he would contact the wheel manufacturer and call me back in an hour and a half. He never did.

I called again same day and spoke with someone new (maybe Dan, couldn't fully understand what he said). He said the wheels would fit, but the tires were now sold out. I asked about the Bridgestone Blizzaks they have on their website and he said those are sold out as well. He tried to get me to buy a cheap General snow tire telling me they are as good as the Blizzaks.

Customer service is lacking, and the whole experience was a waste of my time. BTW, all those tires and wheels they are sold out of are still for sale on the website."
