This past time I purchased replacement cartridges. I love these systems in my home; Ray is very responsive to any questions or requests. I received my merchandise quickly. I made an error in my order this past time and Ray is taking care of the error for me. Also, I asked if he had a subscription program such that I would get replacement filters every 6 months; he is now implementing one!"
