"########## Order from this store only if u have the patience ##########I made a purchase for a SEIKO SNA 550 Model from this store on May 31. Before making the purchase I called up the store to check if they had this model in stock. Usually a lot of these online vendors claim to have everything in stock on their web site. Which is never the case. I was told that they had this model in stock. So I placed this order as I felt that it was a good deal. The nightmare starts. I had to call them several times for the status of my order. Every time I call there is a different person answering the call. Most annoying is, there wont be anyone to pick up the call sometimes. Finally I got hold of this guy named Sam and told him the problem and made him realise that the order was already late by 16 days. Upon informing him that I confirmed from watchzworld about the availability of this watch prior to placing the order. He tells me that they had one unit in stock and upon subsequent inspection they found that it was not functioning well. I call up the next day again only to get the voice mail. After leaving a threatening call of cancelling the order, that watchzworld called me to tell that that they had shipped my watch.I finally got the delivery after 21 days of placing the order.Bottom Line:Place an order from Watchzworld if1) If u really have the patience to wait for month.2) U do not expect anyone to followup on ur order. Dial and get only voice mails.3) U do not want to get an expected date of delivery."

"I asked a product question on a Sunday, expecting an answer on Monday. Received the answer later Sunday. Ordered the watch Sunday, it was shipped from California on Monday. "I placed an order for overnight delivery (it was a gift). I received an order confirmation and tracking number, but the tracking number never worked. After a couple of days I finally called and the person on the other end said they thought the watch was in stock, but turns out it wasn't. I never was notified the watch wasn't coming. HORRIBLE service. Shouldn't have gone for low price over reputation."
"I ordered this watch from Watchzworld.com on Sunday 1-22-06 and requested 3 day shipping. When I ordered the watch they did not show that it was in stock or not. Well, I gave them plenty of time to ship the watch to me and or notify me before I tried to contact them. Well about Monday 1-30-06, I had asked my wife if the watch was in yet and she said no. We bought this for a priest at our church who is on his way to Nigeria and we needed it before his flight. Apparently the customer support is non existent, because I did not get any type of notification that the watch was on back order or even whether it was already in route or out of stock. I finally after 3 or 4 emails to them got a reply that gave me a tracking number. I also got a hold of someone by phone on Monday 1-30-06 and he told me that the order was being shipped on Tuesday and I would receive it by Thursday 2-2-06. I asked him what the heck was happening with the order and he kept telling me that I would have the watch by 2-2-06 and the watch was on back order. I also told him I paid for UPS 3-day select and I asked if it was being shipped that way or not. He again repeated to me that it would be in my hands on 2-2-06. Today is 2-2-06 and the watch is here. It was shipped USPS Priority Mail and NOT UPS 3 day select as it says on my receipt. Would I ever trust this site again...........NO! It seems that they advertise cheap and have cheap service to MACTH."
"Hello: your service is the worst that I have ever seen!!!. I ask for a watch more than 10 days ago, and pay UPS 3 days shipping, and I received my watch yesterday!!!, when I am out of the country, and the watch is not useful anymore!!.I sent more than 5 email plus many phone calls asking for the status of my order, and I did not get any answer!!!. You are not serious at all, is the last time that I buy something with you."
"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed my order on Dec 1 intending this item for a Christmas gift and it JUST got here on Jan 6th!!!! I called and thankfully got someone but I was told it had shipped Dec 19th and the guy I spoke to promised it would be here in two days. It was not. I kept calling. Turned out they never even shipped it until Jan 4th!!!! Don't deal with this company EVER- they are hard to reach, lie when you do reach them and have NO idea how to run an honorable business. They are pretty quick to take your money though and DON'T want to give it back regardless of their not sending your order! "
"This is the worst company with whom I have ever dealt. I ordered a watch on the 5th of December, intending it to be a Christmas present.I paid by PayPal immediately. I have heard nothing since. I have emailed many times – no response.I have faxed – no response.I have tried to telephone – no answer or engaged.Their commercial behaviour seems fraudulent in that they have taken the money for no goods and do not respond at all to queries.It is probable that anyone dealing with them will lose their money."
"Horrible!!! Orders take forever to go through, I still haven't recieved an order that was supposed to arrive weeks ago! They are very unorganized, never answer phone calls or emails, and are reluctant to return you your money when you cancel an order claiming they have not taken the money from the account yet. We'll see how long it actually takes them to refund my money now that I've finally gotten in touch with them after weeks worth of phone calls and emails to cancel it. They do have cheap prices, but it's not worth it."
