"Pluses? Had the watch I wanted in stock, delivered it quickly. Claim to have 30 day return policy. May be an authorized Seiko dealer (but see below)Minuses? Product was faulty. Watchesgiant doesn't have a live phone number - just a silly telephone information service. They tell you to email their customer service, but no reply. Finally, after multiple repeat emails (they promise to get back to you next day) got a reply in November: Contact "...Seiko for to get your watch repaired.." which is where I'm at now. The warranty card wasn't stamped by the company - I've yet to see if Seiko USA will honor it. In summary: I definitely wouldn't do business with Watchesgiant.com again. Not recommended."
"I read the reviews of Watches Giant before making my purchase and was quite concerned about the two people who received bad service. Nevertheless I went ahead because the price of the watch that I wanted was much lower than at other stores ($85 vs $250). The watch came remarkably quickly (3 days), The watch was the right model, in perfect condition and functioning properly. I am glad that I took the chance - I have been trying to find this particular watch for four years."

"At about 6 am on Wednesday 7/26 I placed an order at this website. That's the last communication I have had with them despite at least two requests for order status because my credit card has been debited. Both their service e-mail address and phone numbers have been totally unresponsive. Today I submitted a cancellation e-mail to their posted address and have had no response to that either. I am in limbo. Did I mention that I found out that the watch I ordered, though pictured as a current model on their website is discontinued."
