"I received my Privee sooner than I was told. I am very pleased with the craftmanship and overall beauty of this winder. Donald was more than professional while explaining what he thought I needed and I will purchase another winder from him in the future. I searched the local stores and the internet, but could not find this winder anywhere near the same price. "

"Just awesome service! I received the case and it was damaged.. I called and spoke to Donald.. Hew was great.. they made it easy to returen the case and I got a new one very quickly..
i have shopped here for years and will continue to do so.

"I had searched the internet for the best deal on one of the top 3 watch winders I could find, and decided to go with WatchCases.com. They had the item I wanted for a good price and no shipping. I even decided to add the adapter to my purchase. It was an easy process, and I even received a personal phone call from the company to verify my address. The gentleman was very nice and it made me feel that providing my credit card information did not put me in jeopardy. The product was delivered in just a few short days and was in good condition. Since it's a birthday present for my husband, we haven't opened it yet, but I'm sure he'll be pleased with his gift."

"I researched and still had questions when I contacted Watchcases.com. They were extremely helpful in selecting the best watch winder and their prices were extremely competitive. Shipped on time and in excellent condition because of their packaging. A great company to do business with!"

"this purchase has been a positive experience. asking me to rate the cost of watchcases.com's products is inappropriate, however, as the survey form assumes that high prices are undesirable and vice-versa, but one buys from watchcases.com *because* their products are of far superior quality and therefore quite a bit more expensive than the cheap plastic (and often nonfunctional) alternatives one can purchase elsewhere."

"Let me first say that I know nothing about watches or watch winders. This is why I found the website of WatchCases.com invaluable. But even better was the personal service I was given when I called the toll free phone number to ask questions. Under the expert guidance of the gentleman I talked with, I was able to surprise my boyfriend with a watch winder appropriate for his Classic Pilot ChronoAutomatic Watch. He was delighted to receive a Siena 1 Pro for his birthday. I have even heard him tell friends about his watch winder. "I was looking for a nice watch case to give as a gift. After looking at several other stores, I was pleased to find a great watch case on sale at WatchCases.com. "I hardly ever write reviews on products that I purchase but was so impressed with the service I received at WatchCases.com that I wanted to share my experience. This was my first purchase of a watch winder and I knew practically nothing about them except that my husband wanted one for his birthday. I contacted WatchCases and spoke directly to Donald. He provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision and suggested a winder he though would meet my needs. "I was very impressed with WatchCases.com service after initially having problems with my EW-1-1388GL Leather Cylinder by Eilux. They promptly responded and acknowledged my problem and offered a very fair solution. Before returning the unit for service I replaced the unit's batteries and the unit operated as it should. Turns out I had initially installed the new batteries incorrectly. This was a bit embarrassing but the bottom line is Watchcases.com response and was great. I would use them again if I'm in the market for a winder."

"The watchcase I ordered was very well packaged to withstand the trip through the mail. There was no problem with my order, but there was plenty of information on how to contact watchcases.com in case there was. In general I felt the merchant really cared about selling a quality product and providing great customer service."
