"VoIP supply will definately be the place where I purchase all of my future hardware. They always seem to have the best prices and the delivery times are more than acceptable.

The only issue that I had was that the shipping notices were a little confusing at times. When ordering volume equipment, pieces may ship from different wharehouses and the tracking numbers provided dont always detail ALL of the equipment that is being shipped. I would like to see the ability to track orders online in the future.

Other than that, shopping with VoIP Supply was an enjoyable experience. The staff was very polite and was always on top of your order. Voicemail and e-mail correspondece was always handled professionally and responded to promptly."

"I am overwhelmingly disappointed with the product support provided by VoIP Supply.

I ordered a Jabra PRO 9470.

I am not able to configure the headset to operate properly.

I have followed all written instructions and called the help line printed in the printed material, 1-800-489-4199, and, after a series of prompts, it instructs you to visit the website and then hangs up on you.

I have visited the website and all it contains is a copy of the “Quick Start Guide” I already have.

I called in our phone system administrator and he has also not been able to make the unit work.

I have used headsets for years and never had any problem with them.

I again contacted VoIP and spoke with their customer service department. Ms. J. Taibbi and asked for her help in actually getting me a live person to provide technical help to resolve the problem or let me return the headset. She did neither.

I am no one special but work in a highly demanding retail environment and am on the phone or meeting with customers almost constantly. When I need help, I simply need help. That was too much to ask of VoIP.

To add insult to injury, I received an automated email from the "Founder, CEO, and Customer Advocate" of VoIP, Mr. B. Sayers. He asked that I either rate their service on this site or call the same 800 number or email the same people who have not helped me for nearly a month.

Like a dope, I fell for it and repeated the process again.

Bottom line is this company has taken my money because they have provided me a product I can't use, my phone support people can't make work, they will not provide live support and will not let me return it.

I will survive this $500 mistake but will not do any further business with VoIP and warn you against the same.

"We had a great experience with VoIP Supply. It was easy to order and we received our merchandise very quickly.

We had to re-order a switch (our error) and Dan Barry helped us find the correct one we needed. We will definitely use VoIP Supply again."

"The items arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. Service was very good: when I order a model that was unavailable they called me to get direction concerning the order.

The web information in part helped me figure out what parts were needed to connect my system. More set up instructions and user guides in pdf form would be an excellent improvement. I used the manufacturer's web site to figure out what I needed. A better explanation of the components to make VOIP set up successful would help.


I used sipgate.com to gain a VOIP phone number for free. Incomming calls are collected from several phone numbers and then forwarded by my free google voice service to sipgate and sipgate is connected to my PC and my IP phone.

Outgoing calls are dialed in google voice. Google voice connects to the phone of my choice: my cell or my voip phone. Basically you dial in GV, then GV routes the call to your selected phone(s). When you answer the destination number is called and voila you are connected. I use GV for messages which come to my cell and my email transcribed. (love that feature)

Set up information like what I've described should be posted on your site.

The staff knows their products, shipments always arrive to the day as requested and we have only had a great experiences with VoIP Supply.
