"Waited 10 days for my shipment to arrive. On the 11th day I received an email saying that it was shipped out that day. 11 days to ship out an order with no explanation as to why is unacceptable! I would have paid a few dollars more to get my products in a week or week and a half. Also the woman I spoke too on the phone lied and said that the delivery was in my area. She was just trying to get me off the phone. Do not order unless you can wait 2 to 3 weeks!!"

"My first time to buy from Vitaminfix. The more than $200 worth of items delivered does not match the items ordered and confirmed. Emailed the help@vitaminfix, their website help page, and called them several times over 2 days. Not a single response from them. The people answering the phone are civil and polite enough - but not sure they are playing the placate and delay tactic. They are not able to solve the problems - they are just fronts or something. There are many supplements vendors on the Web. If I knew that they are going to substitute wrong products for your order, I won't have ordered from them.Follow-up: Apr 6 12After repeated calls and emails, they did finally send me a shipping label to return the wrong items. Now, it has been 3 weeks, and I have not heard from them at all despite my repeated calls and emails regarding their receipt of my return (luckily I have the receipt from Fedex) and the shipping of my correct order.I will keep updating this post for the status - whether I have to resort to getting my credit card company to reverse the charge because of non-receipt of products.Apr 17 2012I have yet to hear from them regarding my order. I have made 2 calls, and 3 emails to them about the status of my order since I last updated this site. I have shipped the wrong product shipped back to them more than 3 weeks ago, and I have the FEDEX receipt for the shipment. My order was first place on Mar 9 2012. "
"I am very pleased with my order of coconut crystals sugar. The order was shipped on time. This is the first time I have tried this kind of sugar. You don't have to use but a small amount of it and it taste just like sugar. I will be ordering more in the near future since I can't find any in the grocery stores in my town."
"Shopping on Vitaminfix.com was user friendly and had hundreds of great products to choose from. I really enjoyed the ease at which i could find what i was looking for. They had the lowest price and offer points on purchases which makes me want to order again. When i had a question on my order and used their online chat customer service, it provided answers on my time. The shipment arrived packed well and as expected though it took longer than i expected with standard five to seven business day shipping. Will be a return customer though!!!"

" Buy from these guys at your own risk. My order has been sitting in processing for a week. How long does it take to pick and ship two items. When I called customer service to find out what was going on I got a rude person that had no idea what the hold up was or when the items would ship. Messages on the site to support have not been answered yet. I would rather pay a little more somewhere else to get friendly service and timely shipping.Edit: Been almost 10 days now. Still no response from support and no product has been shipped.P.S. Sorry I don't buy these positive reviews. Most likely people who work there.
