When shipping to locations that experience extreme weather, be it hot or cold, there is a chance the item will not be delivered in excellent condition. We promise to do everything we can to ensure that you receive the item in perfect condition. The items that are shipped in cold packs are supposed to be inside an envelope that is similar to a flexible cooler. I will report the fact that you didn’t receive your item packed the way it was supposed to be. If you have these issues at all in the future, please do not hesitate to let us know.
