Placed an order online and received notice three days later saying is shipped, and expect delivery in three business days. Track the order online and see no movement after five business days. Went to two local USPS in person to see if they could check, and according to their record, it was never received by the USPS, went to UPS, who originally sent it, no records there either. Called back Vision Direct eight business days after shipping, \u201c\u2026we can\u2019t do anything till the tenth days\u2026we could either send another one out or give you refund\u201d. Tenth day came, called to get my refund back and told them what to do with the missing package. Amazed me how they made no attempt to track the order, make you wait 10 business days before they refund or send you another one. I scanned my prescription and send it by email, and they said that there\u0027s no expiration date on it (it\u0027s still valid within the 1 year period). And they said that they tried calling my optical doctor twice without being picked up. I tried calling my optical and they picked up my phone call instantly. They refused having a three way call with me and the optical doctor, so that the doctor can verify my prescription. And they refused on making an attempt to call them again. Your company suck! "I ordered a pair of Chloe sunglasses on Vision Direct. I had lost the sunglasses I had, so bought another pair, thinking they were the same. The ones I received were FAKE, not metal frames but plastic and with a cheap rattling sound! You have 7 days to return the sunglasses, nevertheless they won't get back to me with a return address for shipping them back to Hong Kong, it's not an Australian site.
WORST experience and 250 dollars is basically lost. They don't give you a refund!!!
