"Decided to order from Vann's after significant research into the TV I was looking to purchase. The incredible price and bundle promotion was almost to good to be true. So much infact that I would not have ordered if not for the great rating Vanns recieved on reseller rating.
Here is where is gets interresting. I had a specific question that I emailed about the warranty. I received a confirmation of receipt of the email that indicated i would get a response in 24-48 hours. A little after 48 hours I did receive a call and my inquiry was answered to my satisfaction. When I went to order my tv & bundle I was surprised to see that not only did the price of the TV go up, but the promotional bundle included was no longer included. This was disturbing considering that the site stated that the deal was valid until 10/2/10. I contacted the Customer service Representative (nathan). He was super cool and very helpful. He explained why the promotional bundle was not on the site when I went back (it was no longer in stock, but on order currently) To make a long story short he gave me the original price on the TV and honored the bundle promotion (albiet I am receiveing it later than my TV because it is on back order) To make a long story short I'm writing this review early as I have not received my order yet because their customer service is attentive and has done the right thing thus far. I will update mid-next week which is when I should be receiving my TV. Nathan told me it would be shipped tomorrow. If this works out as advertised without a hitch, I'm not going anywhere else for all of my electronic needs. (fingers crossed)
(9-2-10) Received the TV earlier than promised everything great. The entertainment system I received with the T was on back order, but i just received notification that it has shipped. In all, I am a huge supporter of Vann's an will always check with them first before I make an electronics purchase. Very Satisfied customer"

"I have ordered many many things from Vanns and always a good experience. I can not recommend Vanns too highly. Their prices are extremely competitive and they ship in a timely manner.
Everything that I have received is over packed and protected like a baby. I have never had anything broken and never had to return anything damaged.
Vanns also communicates well and lets you know what is going on with your order and shipment and when you can expect it.
I wish all companies were this easy to do business with. Unfortunately Vanns concentrates on mostly electronics (both Video and audio), but I wish they sold everything so I could purchase it there.
I am happy to recommend Vanns highly and suggest that you do business with them. You will not be disappointed."

"Yet another stumbled-upon dealer that yielded great results. (Who knew an ides of March find could be so sweet?)
I wanted a particular camera model and couldn't find it anywhere for a sane price. And in a random search, Vann's was shown to have it in stock.
But not only did they have the lowest price available (at the time), they had free shipping/zero tax, and included 2GB of memory and an exquisite carrying pouch for free.
Awesome.
The order process was easy (they even did a phone follow-up to double check credit card information), and FedEx shipping/tracking was used.
Bottom line: Superb shipping and deals make a happy customer.

"I received a email from Vann's stating that the product I wanted was now in stock. I immediately went to their site, and ordered it. I then got an email the next day saying it was back ordered again. I spoke to the "chat" person who told me, in effect, that I wasn't fast enough and they sold out again. Clearly, they are playing games trying to get pre-orders for items they do not have to "pre-sell" them. Makes it easy to regulate your inventory doesn't it? I thought this outfit was not this shady, but like others on the net, I learn about these tricks by retailers every day. NEVER AGAIN!
Well, the Manager at Vann's called me and said she found one of the items at their retail store and would sell it to me to resolve this situation. This is, after all, what we all want in the end. I have to hand it to Vann's for resolving this problem so quickly - looks like I was wrong - they do have integrity after all - thanks Vann's I would definitely recommend them."

"Vanns has great prices and quick shipping, their customer service is top notch. I had a situation, to make a long story short it was Fedex's fault but Vanns fixed it! Their customer service dept was very helpful and responsive, I wouldn't hesitate to tell my friends to buy from Vanns."
"I ordered a Blu-Ray through Amazon and it was transferred to Vann's. Before ordering I spoke to an associate at a local "Blue" major reseller to get some info. I wanted one that had Netflix access. Blue told me which was best. So I ordered it. I hooked it up and it didn't have the feature. Not Vann’s fault. I called Vann’s customer service, and Melody Torres helped me. I told her the situation and without any problem they refunded my money. Melody told me that because it was not their misinformation I would have to pay for the returned postage. Completely understandable. In addition I found the Blu-Ray I wanted for $20 cheaper on Amazon. After checking Melody told me that Vann’s would price match it. I’m very satisfied with Vann’s, and would recommend them to others. Also Melody should get a promotion on training others how to handle customers. Job very well done."
"Located a hard-to-find Panasonic plasma online at Vann's. Called to confirm the order, and was greeted by a friendly and helpful representative. Purchased the plasma, which shipped in less than 24 hours. Arrived a few days late, but that was the shipper's fault, not Vann's. Very happy with the purchase, and looked back at Vann's website to locate an appropriate wall mount. Discovered the set was on sale for $200 less, so called the 800 number. Was again serviced by a great salesperson who assured me the credit would be applied. Next business day the credit appeared on my account. "Living on the East Coast, I was a bit skeptical of ordering a 63" plasma TV over the internet from a company in Montana. I had found my tv from dell for $899 and vanns.com was selling it for $1099 i asked vanns.com to match dell's price and they told me they couldn't do it. I was surprised since there policy states that they can try and price match and to give them a call (which i did).
