"Be very careful with this website. I ordered a book online. When I went to pay, I had some message error. I had two introduce information again to process the payment. Finally when I finished. I went to see my bank statement and surprise I was charged three times. I am student so my budget is really tied.For this charge I did not have the money to pay the rent so I have to go and ask some friend for the money. I wrote an email and they replayed saying that it will take the 3 to 5 days to solve the problem. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTMENT. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO BUY BOOKS"

"I ordered a book accidentally that is an international version and I need to cancel ASAP. I have emailed the seller using the form but I can find no direct email or phone number for this seller to call directly to cancel this order I JUST placed. I have leased it from your site instead. Please help me cancel this book and reorder! I find it unsettling that there is no way to contacat Valorebooks.com either! That is why I am posting here! Is there no direct contact info for your business? I am not feeling confident about my purchase! I think I would like to cancel my whole order! ASAP!!I also used a $10 off coupon and it was not credited on the order. It showed in green $10 off and did not come off. 10off60Update: Feeling better now that I have been contacted and the intl book order they say will be cancelled. "I was having a hard time using the promo 10OFF60 and so i called customer service after multiple attempts and a long hold i was asked to leave a message. I tried one last time and this time i got a live person who offered to send me a check for the $10.00. If all goes well, I should be getting a check in the mail soon. The agent was very courteous and helpful and quite patient. I hope his offer is just as good."

"Total scam!My daughter is starting college at UPenn in two days. She received her list of textbooks a month ago, and was thrilled when she found one of the books on the ValoreBooks website for a very low price. She confirmed that the item for sale was the 4th Edition of "Applied Regression Analysis and Multivariable Methods by Kleinbaum, David G., Kupper, Lawrence L., Muller, Keith E." The day after she placed the order, she received a confirmation saying that the order had shipped, but three weeks later the book still hadn't arrived. Finally, late last week she got the book in the mail, but it was the INDIAN EDITION - not even the same book. I'll attach photos showing the book they were supposed to send and the one they actually sent.When my daughter emailed the company they told her to ship it back and she has to pay for the shipping. They also said the order would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Now she's ordering from Amazon and hoping to get the book in time before her class starts.Avoid this company! They are a rip off. "

"I do not plan on ever renting a book from you. The book was in poor quality upon receipt and you all just shrugged it off and happily took my money. Then when it was time to return the book it took over 2 weeks for it to be recorded that you received it making me feel that you wanted to charge me because it was not going to be received by the due date. This is unacceptable. I have rented from other companies and they receive their books within a few days and are able to log it in a timely manner and their return process is the same. I think you need to get your process smoothed out because you have lost this customer and I for sure will share my experience with others needing to rent books. Also, you do not have a telephone number that you want to share for customers to speak with a live person. Where is the personalization in your company? Have you forgotten how to verbally communicate with your customer? Bottom line...poor quality of book received and exceptionally bad and slow process of returning the book. Not a great quality in either area to keep in business."
