"Yea, I am a happy I went with V3 instead of some other major computer companies.

The entire process from ordering to recieving the product was very professional.

Ordered my rig on the first of December recieved it on Xmas eve. I ordered a crave system. Took a bit longer because I asked for some different components that they did not carry. They were very considerate of my requests, and were able to put what I wanted inside of that computer, basically changed the cooler to something they did not carry, and a different case that they use for other systems they build. During this time, before I orderd, I emailed Chuck about it and he let me know that they could use the optional components. When I placed my order he let me know that there were some issues with the ram clearance because of the heatsink and gave me some new options.

So I recieved the computer on Xmas eve took it out of the box. opend up the case took out the piece of foam they had in there between the heatsink and gpu. Checked all the wires and plugged it in. Sadly it did not fire up. Sent an email out and got one back from George saying that,"yea im heading to the office in a bit I will help you when I get there."

Turned out from shipping from California to Philadelphia, made the heatsink bend some pins on the CPU. First this is not V3's fault, just a very heavy heatsink on a cpu shipping 3000-4000 miles. Either way George walked me through how to remove the heatsink, and made me check the cpu for the bent pins and told me to straighten them and put it back in. Then it all worked. Before we came to this conclusion he made me do a run down of all the wires and try to reset the bios, he went down the list of "Why wont it start". Least we got it working and on a holiday that's awesome customer service, I even said, we can wait till after the holidays and he still insisted on helping.

Ran into some problems with the OC setting they had set up, and once again they helped very quickly, and checked in a few times to make sure everything was running smoothly.

I am very pleased with this company, it has amazing customer service. Chuck is the man, he answered all my questions and gave a lot of input about the system, and knows what he is talking about, or if he doesnt he will get an answer for you. In essence this is a company of gamers who makes computers for gamers.

They also have very good documentation and keep notes about your system if anything goes wrong they can give you the settings it shipped with.

I recommend you do business with them =) Can't go wrong.

Just a little extra Chuck and some other people came from a company called Vigor ( where I got my last computer) and some crazy stuff went on there and ended up closing shop. It left some people with un-fulfilled warranties and such. Chuck and some employes made a site to help those people. In all a real class act gotta give it to these people they really care, and try to help =). Glad I found them.

They are also on youtube where you can see Chuck show some of the systems =)

Well back to playing video games ^^. "

"I was looking for a great gaming machine without spending a fortune and i wasn't having any luck. I stumbled upon V3 Gaming's site and noticed they lived right down the street from me so i called them and went to them for advice on purchasing a computer without going to crazy with the money and they helped a lot. I ended up buying a Crave with some upgrades and the machine turned out beautifully. Also great customer service. Whenever i have a question they answer it promptly which is nice. 10 out of 10 for overall satisfaction!"

"When we first received our system there some issues involing a cable that loosened during shipping. Chuck was very helpful and the problem was resolved. He also called back and E-Mailed us periodically to make sure everything was Ok and we were happy. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

"wow! I placed my order with v3 after finding their company through the nVIDIA sli Zone website. I don't know much about computers and I just want to play the good new games with good graphics.

I called and spoke with Chuck (i think) and then sent a few emails to finalize my order. we wanted some custom features and they said it wasn't a problem, so they built the system for me and I had it within 2 weeks of ordering.

When the system arrived it would not turn on and I started to stress out big. I gave them a call and they had me check a few things and sure enough after about 5 minutes on the phone with me panicking, we got it working perfectly. I have had it for about 2 weeks now and not one hiccup!

definitely recommend v3 for your gaming comp!"

"I did A LOT of research about all of the fancy new hardware available out there. I fell out of touch with the computer industry about 10 years ago and this was the first real attempt I made at getting back in. I had a lot of questions remaining after doing my research, so I set about asking for some advice to various system builders. Most of the responses I got were just simple little letters and canned responses offering me the latest and greatest computer for thousands and thousands of dollars, but not the one from Chuck at V3 Gaming PC.

I found this company after reading a review of their Avenger PC in CPU Magazine and decided to check out their website based on the merits of the review. I found Chuck's contact info right on the front page and sent off my questions. I wrote pretty lengthy questions because I knew what information I wanted to get back and figured I would have to be pretty specific if I wanted anyone to give me a good response. Well, Chuck's response was even more lengthy than all of my questions. Honestly, it was so thorough and full of detail, facts, and commentary that I pretty much decided on V3 Gaming PC right then and there.

Chuck helped me hammer out my configuration (and actually prevented me from spending too much on parts I didn't really need) and I placed my order.
V3 had the computer on it's way to me the next week and I got the computer much sooner than I expected. The exterior box had some dings in it so I was worried that maybe it got damaged during shipping, but V3 Gaming does a thorough job packing the computer and there were no problems inside. I had the PC up and running in about 10 minutes (IT WAS HEAVY!) and I have been doing some ridiculous gaming every night since. My wife has been complaining about me spending too much time on my computer, but I just respond by saying she doesn't look this good!

I opted for a 3D setup and I couldn't be happier with it. I mostly play World of Warcraft and 3D Vision makes it look AMAZING.

Overall I definitely recommend V3 Gaming PC for their customer service and the quality of their products. I have yet to have a problem with the computer so I can't really comment on the tech support, but if my experience so far is any indication I expect it to be superb as well!

Thanks V3!"

"What an experience! I started to communicate with Chuck at V3 since I saw their press release on the GTX 480. I was instantly attracted to its original gamer-like site without corporate feelings (yes, you know what I mean!) Chuck and I had spent over 2 weeks going over all the configurable possibilities and their pros and cons. I wanted to be able to have the best 3D vision experience while keeping my budget under $4500 ($6000 budget minus $1500 for the 3 3D monitors and glasses). Finally, we were able to decide on a slightly modified Avenger 3DS. With Chuck's help, I was able to trade off more expensive cpu, have V3 overclock a less priced cpu, and use the difference to upgrade to SSD boot/operating drive that runs on SATA 6.0 RAID. When I received my computer 2 weeks ago, I can't believe how fast the computer boots up and games just seem like flying, literally. The last two weeks I have been going to work with "panda eyes" because I spent so much time playing with my new computer. Thank you Chuck for all of your help! If you are in the market for a computer, call or email Chuck. He will definitely be able to hook you up! I highly recommend V3 and Chuck!"
