"We ordered a motherboard from Impact Computers, and they sent us a board that was the correct model, but wrong version! On top of that, they didn't even have the right version of what we needed after we paid to return the product to them. What a headache! Eric Yniguez from Upgrade Bay found the exact version I needed and got it to me promptly, saving us from looking bad in front of our customer.
