"I spent months going back and forth over who to use for my flash drives for my new business! Based on the amazing reviews, I finally went with USBMemoryDirect. From my very first inquiry about a quote, I was impressed! The customer service was amazing! Evelyn was very attentive, and I got to deal with just her the entire time, which made everything so easy. I had a problem with UPS not being able to deliver my final product to my house, and had to contact her, and she took care of it with them right away. When I received my flash drives, I couldn't have been more happy with them. The quality is great, and they are a beautiful addition for my clients. I have already referred friends to USBMemoryDirect, and definitely plan on using them for more stuff in the future!"

"I am more than impressed with the quality of the product. They look fantastic - the colour is exactly the shade of purple I was after and the logos are clear, accurately detailed and very aesthetically pleasing. These USB sticks are worth ten times the price of what I may have spent on promotional flyers.

In terms of the process, I am also very happy to report that communication was excellent, response time was swift and I felt that I was treated like a valued customer even though this was only my first order and a relatively small one at that."

"I am very pleased with my order from USB Direct. My CEO was interested in the credit card type flash drives, and I worked with Lana at the Custom USB division. Lana was 100% helpful, knowledgeable and professional, keeping me posted on my order the entire way through to delivery and follow up. Highly recommend."

"The customer service experience with USBMemoryDirect was excellent start to finish. Evelyn was my point of contact within the company and she consistently responded to my questions and inquiries almost instantly. After shopping around I determined the price point was best with USBMemoryDirect, as compared to other retailers. "I'm very happy with USB memory direct. Evelyn answered every question (multiple times) and made sure I was perfectly happy before completing the order. I was treated as if I were ordering 10,000 units. I ordered only 50! This was one of the best things that I'd done for my business and I thank Evelyn and USB MemoryDirect for making it so easy. I couldn't be happier. I will be a return customer.

"This is has been a great customer experience. As a small business owner, budgets are tight and I have to be cautious with my money.
