"I am disappointed the order with them.

I placed an order over the weekend (Canon camera 400D Xti) which showing in stock and received an e-mail two days later telling me that item has oversold and it backorder for 4-6 weeks.

I got this company from www.shopcartusa.com that showing over 3000 positive feedbacks.

They use same technical to cheat other people after I read this WEB review.
People should avoid order from this company.

"WRETCHED experience! Confirmed order online for Nikon 12-24mm lens in stock for immediate shipment; then received call to confirm credit card # & security code, and told this lens wasn't in stock as Nikon had discontinued it; sales guy told me why the Sigma lens was better & that it used the Nikon aspherical elements & internal lens - very high pressure sales & upselling & I could return it without any expense. I finally agreed but shortly called back to cancel order since I don't want a Sigma lens and had checked w/ NikonUSA who advised their lens is NOT discontinued. I had to call 4 times, each time treated horribly rudely, and told I should accept shipment then call to obtain return authorization - despite reading them their own posted policy - that to cancel an order already shipped, delivery should be refused. The sames sales rep advised me I should "listen to him or things would be 10x worse for" me... and since they have my credit card info - I'm sure he's right. This outfit uses highly disreputable business practices and should be put out of business and into jail. I am filing a complaint with New York Dept. of Consumer Affairs, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center. They also do business as RadioActive Electronics. AVOID AT ALL COST! "

"This place is a joke I ordered a Canon Rebil XTI. Come to find out from reading the reviews here that the camera does not come with a US warranty and if you get the extended warranty and it needs to be repaired you need to send it to them with $150. If you wanted the camera with a US warranty it would cost additional $200.00 this place is a rip off buyers beware!!!!!"

"Very dissatisfied. I ordered EOS400D Digital Rebel XTi 10.1MP Digital SLR Camera (Black Body Only) (EOS-400D, EOS 400D, XTi) and received an email from service@USAPhotoNation.com the next day. It told me that it will not be available for approximately 4-6 weeks and I can cancel it. I did replied the email and cancelled the order but never get the confirmation for my cancellation. Today (9/15/2007), the web site still lists the item "In stock" with cheaper price."

"Advertised special was a Canon S5 IS, without a package of accessories. 2 days after placing the order I received an email from "Craig" asking me to call. "Craig" told me the camera I had ordered was a "grey market" camera, manufactured in China, without warranty. He offered to upgrade me to a US market camera. I told him, there was absolutely no information onthe web site indicating theproduct advertised was "grey market" knockoff of the Japanese Cannon. I asked for the item I had ordered at the price they advertised. I was advised I could cancel the order and complain to my congressman. Avoid this company!!"

"I wish I'd found this site sooner! I ordered a Canon Rebel XTi, body only, for a "great price." 20 minutes later, I received an e-mail to contact Peter in Customer Service, extension 211, to confirm my order.

The phonecall went much the way others have: I was asked why I chose to buy the Chinese-language body, and that I should upgrade. I promptly canceled my order. Peter told me there was a 7% restocking fee, which was ridiculous.

I ended up calling back and demanding the fee be taken off (even though it's a policy, they did not give full disclosure about the product, which cancels any obligation on my part, in my opinion). Peter and I went back and forth, he put me on hold a few times, did not honor my request to be transferred, and finally just put the phone down and refused to pick back up--essentially hanging up on me.

I had to call back, and this time pressed 0 to talk to the operator, and asked to speak to a manager. (Peter had said he was a manager, but I doubt that he was.) I was put in touch with JJ, who immediately canceled the restocking fee. Even then, he was not very customer-friendly.

Bad news all around."

"Ok, I ordered a Sony HDR HC7 for $499 over the weekend. After comparing prices I thought it sounded too good to be true, so I started researching the store by reading reviews...I was terrified!!! So Mon. morning I checked my e-mail and there was the classic, "please contact us concerning your order" message. I called and spoke to Eddie, he confirmed my shipping address and asked me did I need any batteries or lenses and I said, "no" he told me the camera would ship within the week. I then asked him if this was an American camera and he told me it was Chinese. I then told him to just cancel the order and he said
"ok" Within minutes I received a cancellation e-mail. So in light of all the bad reviews, and I totaly agree they have shady practices, they did not pressure me and they were not as rude as I anticipated, however, I would not recomend buying from these folks unless you speak and read Chinese. Go ahead and pay the full price for a camera and get the real thing. Thanks Reseller Ratings.com for the ability to research."

"A bait-and-switch, illegitimate, and unprofessional store. I followed the link through cnet and purchased a Nikon D80 Body-only with "too good to be true" price of $189. I read reviews prior to the purchase on cnet, which received pretty good amount of positives; I should've searched for more review sites, but as soon as I ordered, I got an email saying that this product was in back-order, when the website indicated a big red-bold "YES" that they had them IN STOCK.

I called the customer service, and the representative told me to wait for about 4-6 weeks and that I will then again get an email once the store gets the products in stock.

It's been 6 weeks and I felt like I was not going to get any email from them, so I called the customer service again. As soon as I gave him the order number, he just said that the product I ordered was a Chinese-product and that it does not include battery, charger, no nothing. He told me that I buy USA product which costs a lot more.

Why wasn't I told this before? He says there's no warranty and the website certainly did not say anything about these "not-included" items.

I told him to cancel the order, then in a matter of second he said "it's cancelled" in a very annoyed, unprofessional voice with a sigh. Then without futher, he HUNG UP.

I wasted time with this store. They tell one thing and then completely tell you a different thing. They will lie to you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. A complete fraud."

"This store is a fraud. I ordered a Sony camcorder which appeared to be a fantastic deal and actually paid $42 for a 2 day delivery.

I got 2 emails asking me to call the store about the order with no further details. No one bothered telling me in these emails that the camcorder which showed to be available for immediate delivery was not going to be "in for 8 weeks". The same model is readily available at all electronic stores.

The person who finally answered the phonecall after a long hold, told me that "it is no problem and that he will cancel the order" and hung up on me. It may not be a problem for USAphotonation but it sure is a problem for me the customer as I needed it for a family event this weekend!!!
So much for a "Great deal"."

"We ordered a Canon Rebel XT 8MP Digital SLR Camera (Body Only -Black) for a too good to be true price of $179.00. The next day we received an email asking us to call. After talking to a service rep, he let me know that the camera would not work without the software, which I could purchase for $599. He hung up on me when I asked him to cancel the order. Watch out for the too good to be true price!!!!!

"I found this company on ShopCartUSA, and at the time they listed the lowest price for the Nikon D80 I was looking for. After ordering it, I got an email on Friday verifying the order, then on Monday I got an email saying it was backordered and wouldn't be in for 4-6 weeks. I saw they were still selling this camera on their web site, so I sent an email informing them their web site says its In Stock, and will they be sending me the camera. No response to that email. I then called the store, and was told the camera is in stock (I didn't mention I was told in email it was out of stock). I told him I was told it was out of stock on Monday, and he says he don't know who said that, because the camera is in stock. He also wanted to sell me other items with the body, but I had only called to see if the item was in stock. This showed me that their email was a lie."

"I ordered a d80 camera for 479...I received a confirmation email...then shortly after that I received an email that I needed to call. They asked me why I ordered a camera that I wouldn't be able to use? I said I just want the camera. They got annoyed with me and told me you know you won't be able to use it...and they told me I needed the USA model which would cost a little more. So...I agreed to almost $800 I got my camera....Now...the invoice is for $904!! Now I am in the process of trying to return the camera. Has anyone thought of filing a class action suit against these guys? Some lawyer could make some dough!!! They have false advertising and they bait and switch along with harassing you on the phone. "Basically I ordered the d200....I was very excited and like everyone else I got the email stating they needed verification to complete my order. They wanted to know if I had a special chip to convert the Chinese menu to English and it was available for 700. And Peter also told me that a battery would be needed etc....he became very irate in my opinion and starts to go on about this is the best deal anywhere etc. He was very rude when I asked him to Cancel my order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST."

"I was looking for a good deal on a canon rebel xti with a efs18-55mm lens & ef 70-300mm IS USM telephoto zoom lens. Intially I found an unbelievable price for a package deal at expresscamera.com, but as many others have found out, it was on back order. Since USAphotonation had similar pricing, placed an internet order on the 06-13-07. Received email confirmation that night & call from Peter at ext# 211 the next morning 06-14. He informed me that the camera I ordered at that price was an import and that for $200 more I could get the US model. He also quoted prices for the lenses + CF card. Although it was a lot higher than the initial pricing, it was still a better deal than other places. Accepted the quoted price & was told would ship next day 06-15. ETA was 3-5 days. So far so good, right? Saw this & other sites with reviews & my stomach turned. All the horror stories about possible ID theft and supposedly getting fraudulent charges on the credit cards made me so nervous that I literally read hundreds of reviews (almost all the posted ones) & had a few sleepless nights. Checked email frantically for tracking # & tracked shipment on UPS site. Tracking# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with ETA 06-18-07. Received perfectly genuine canon rebel xti & lenses in perfect condition(ie. orig box+ warranty including battery pack+charger+manuals+cds) on 06-18-07. After all that I have been through the past few days reading the reviews, I decided to write this review to let people know my own experience. Honestly speaking, I am quite happy with the price & service. I guess if you know what you want you can still get a great deal from this place. At the end dont be too greedy & use your better judgement, in most likelyhood you will get a good deal- just remember there is no such thing called a free lunch!!!

P.S. Also received the double memory offer for the prof. CF card(although generic but perfectly functioning)+ free camera bag+small tripod+ memory case. "

"Ordered via their website. Received email from them 5 days later telling me to call them because they are trying to reach me regarding my order. I call the number and extension and leave a detailed message and no one calls me back. They send a 2nd email telling me that they're "still" trying to contact me and to call them. So, I call them again and leave another message, again with no response. Then today, I receive an email telling me my order's been canceled. I should've known they weren't legitimate by the price they advertised. "
