reply posted Apr-03-2013 “Our return policy states that you have 15 days from the date the item was delivered to contact uBid for a return for full refund, for any reason. You emailed into Customer Care on 3/30/13 and they replied to you the day after with an RMA so you could return the order. You then chatted with Customer Care today, and was told we were mailing you the printed prepaid FedEx label to you via US mail. If there is any other way Customer Care can help, please feel free to chat with us again, or email us at CustomerSupport@ubid.com.”
