Ordering and shipping were easily accomplished and completed. The product, in my case, two turbochargers for my 2002 Audi A-6, I had them shipped directly to my mechanic's garage. While I did not see the two turbochargers, my mechanic informed me that they are some of the best quality he has seen, and they exceed the OEM turbos that had failed and needed to be replaced. My mechanic informs me that he has installed them, and he took the car for a test-drive yesterday (05\/02\/2013), and the turbochargers are performing excellently. My car is still in the shop, though, as it has other major electrical issues that my mechanic is working on to correct. I should have my car back next week, or the week after, and then I will be able to add to this review. I do highly recommend Turbocharger Pros. They ARE Pros! Their turbocharges sure did impress my mechanic, and every other mechanic in the garage!
