My husband plays guitar and the original wider band was interfering with his playing. We recently picked out a 4mm band that fits his needs. The first band was mostly brushed metal (style - Mattino) and the new band seems very very shiny (style - Kraft). We\u0027re not sure if it\u0027s because we were used to the brushed look or if it really is extra shiny. I knew my husband was going to be rough on a ring and after 1 year with the first ring, there are NO scratches to be seen. I placed my order online on a Sunday evening, this was a very special ring being ordered for the special man in my life who was only in the U.S. for a couple of weeks at most before returning overseas to work....I received a call on Monday from the service center letting me know that the ring I chose was not in stock and would take a week plus more time for the engraving. Sadly I was going to cancel the order when the service rep looked in backstock, found the ring and the correct size for me. Not only did they take the extra steps to call me they arranged for the ring to be engraved quickly and held at their company in Brea for me to pick up. Upon picking up the ring (only 4 days later) I was given care instructions and return policy information (just in case..) They were as happy for me as I was. Needless to say THANKS TO TUNGSTEN WORLD, my guy has an amazing ring and lifelong keepsake on his finger and me in his heart. I was notified shortly after my order that my ring would ship the following Monday but this did not happen it was actually shipped on the day that I was due to receive the ring. I feel as though fed-ex was more of the problem due to the fact that I received notification that they were scheduled to pick up the shipment that Monday but failed to do so as stated. I have had issues each time that I have received merchandise shipped through fed-ex. I would like to see that in the future that customers have an option ups, fed-ex, or otherwise. I am very pleased with the cost and quality of the ring that I ordered. I have also referred others to your website that complimented on my ring.
