"I made a purchase of 2 MB/CPU combos. The shiiping charge went from $4 for one, to $16+ for two? I ordered and waited. I recieved an email confirming my order. I recieved a call at work 2 days after order from a sales rep (that could barely be understood) trying to get me to pay $25 more for retail versions of the motherboards. (not sure if it was $25 a piece of 25 for both) I declined, after several more attempts from the saleman to get me to pay more for my order I kindly stated I didn't need the retail versions and I wanted the OEM versions I originally ordered. The salesman reluctantly took my answer and I assumed this meant they would be sending me my order as placed as I could barely understand what he was saying. Seven days later after not getting my packages I tried to track the order and could not get any tracking information on it. I sent tufshop an email questioning whether it had been sent or not, whether it was cancelled? I recieved no response after two days. I sent another email stating that I had already sent and email and got no reply and questioned about my order. Almost 13 days after the order was placed I recieved and autorespoder email stating my order had been cancelled for one of two reasons. Neither of whhch was the case. SO,,,why did they cancell my order? Becasue I refused to pay 50% more than the listed price of the OEM version they were advertising? I recieved NO cancellation notice untill I sent two emails 10+ days after the order, and recieved a email confirmation and a phone call none of which stated the order was going to be cancelled. STAY AWAY! Unless you don't mind waiting and waiting and getting your ordered cancelled without any notice. I will never waste my time with these people again! "
"This nightmare company and their sisters BzBoys, and PartsPc are the sorriest I have ever encountered. No one can speak anything but very bad English on pathetic cell phones that constantly breakup. Have no sense of customer service and attempted to scam me with warranty sales. Five calls in two days to sell warranty. After denial, they found reasons to cancel purchase. DO NOT PATRONIZE!!!!!!!"
"This business is worthless. It is one of many fronts for a bogus computer parts wholesaler. I ordered a motherboard and paid extra for FedEx shipping to get the product there on time, only to have my order delayed so that a non-english speaking salesman could call me and try to upsell me to a retail motherboard cause the one I ordered didn't come with the latest BIOS. One big scam. I then told them to cancle the order and they hung up on me, 3 times. Another front for the same bogus company is bzboys.com, NEVER BUY FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANYS!!! When I finally got the motherboard it didn't work!"
"Easy To Buy From.hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"
"I've had nothing but troubles with the PCChips board and the manager Neal has been great to work with. Unfortunately the RMA department has been less than helpful. I bought my first board under order 310607 and it was missing the converter. After several emails I finally called and someone sent me the converter right away, but I was missing the heatsink connectors needed for the converter so that took another couple of weeks. Then it still wouldn't work which is when I talked to Neal and he sent me a new board/converter (this order). I still had problems. I'm thinking it's RAM compatibility at this point, but I've tried various DDR and SDRAM Kingston chips with no luck. I'm finally getting smart and ordering an Asus board, but the RMA folks are giving me a hard time about returning the first board because it's been over 30 days. It took me over 30 days just to get all the parts that I ordered."
