"Order Samsung 55 3D LCD TV since beginning of march 2011. No shipping status. It has been almost 30 days, still no shipping status, they wanted us to upgrade to next model or buy the extended warranty. The website said it will be ship 10 - 16 days. It is very misleading about the order with this company. I cancel my order."
"I purchased a samsung 55 inch led tv and I love it. The tv arrived close to the time frame I was told. When I was trying to decide who I should purchase from I chose true1080p because of a good price and an ad that said I would get a free wall mount. It took a month after I got the tv and three phone calls. The wall mount finally arrived today and it is nothing like the picture of the one in the ad. I'm very disappointed that I was led to believe I would recieve a wall mount bracket. What I got was a cable witlh two plastic ends that mount to the tv and two round metal tabs that the cable hangs over. This thing looks like something you could buy for twenty dollars. Not real happy about it. I will have to go and buy a decent bracket that I am sure will hold up the tv."
"Issue was ultimately resolved by returning the refurbished merchandise and getting a full refund. However, it was a nightmare and would never do business with them again."

Can imagine what they will pull next. It is very clear to them that we order the TV online with American express credit card and all the information’s was provided to them. Order was process and no shipping status. There website clearly shows that all four major credit card is accepted. “Beware” buy else were, it is not trust worthily. "

"12/25/10 3:24 PMFor now, True1080p went way out of their way to contact me in person on "Christmas night" to "PROMISE" me they were going to fix my situation and for sure make me happy and satisfied. The owner himself of TRUE1080P.com said he was not aware of this matter and will handle this personally to show his company will go far & beyond to make & keep customers happy...So as of now I am taking my negative reveiw down and giving them...NO...giving the owner the benefit of running his company the way he meant it to be...I will keep EVERYONE posted how this get's resolved...I believe his words he spoke on Christmas night were real...stay tuned...If he makes this as good as he says, then I'll buy again... AND THEN I WILL GIVE 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! As of JAN 5th the owner has made really good on his word. For him to go out of his way on Christmas night and contact me, then ask what would make me happy and follow through makes me say 5 STARS!!! Everyone has problems (That's business) but to make a customer go from unsure and mad, to very satisfied....You have a problem, ASK FOR HENRY!!!! He will make it all good!!! Thank you Henry for keeping your word, and doing it so quickly!!!"

"I ordered a Samsung UN55C8000 3D TV on 11/22/2010. I did not receive the TV with in 10 to 14 business days. I called True1080p.com several times and the only answer I get is "The TV is not in stock and is Backordered". After talking to couple of them from customer service one day Henry called me and I explained him what happened. He immediately said "Sir, I know how important it is for you to buy this TV before Christmas. My staff should have explained the process clearly..... I am sorry for any inconvinience caused. Give me a minute and let me check the order."After couple minutes hold... Henry mentioned that the TV's are backordered due to the holiday season but I promise I can send your TV before Christmas. We are expecting a shipment in 2 days and I will make sure you receive the TV in 2 weeks time.I hang up saying "I hope you do it or else I will be very dissappointed and my family members will be unhappy"After a week Henry called me and provided me an update that I will receive my TV in the following week. I felt relaxed and this time Henry sounded genuine.I received my TV as promised and was in good condition. No issues.I think the excuse that they made was genuine. I did enquired with other merchants and they said they only have one or two peices.I would definately recommend True1080p.com to others."

"This business is looking more and more like just another east coast internet bottom feeder. Their site shows the item I ordered as "in stock" but when you can find someone to talk to you hear that the item is "over-ordered" and on back-order. We have all seen this before - stalling and delaying tactics until you cancel the order out of frustration and decide to do business with an honest and reputable entity. I will be talking to "Peter" in customer service again tomorrow - stay tuned."
"Really poor seller. When I confirmed the order, they tried to upsell. "Jack" acknowledged that item was in stock and would ship that week. They did not ship item and did not respond to email communication. I think this place uses "low ball" prices to get people to call them so they can attempt to suggestive sell additional items. If additional items are not ordered, they do not ship original item. These folks also do business under the name HDHut.com and have a pattern of similar poor practices.They "game" ratings websites by posting false positive evaluations. These folks give on-line retailers a poor name."
