Customer service?????

"I am really disappointed in how the site handles customer service after the sale. They have decided to save money and got rid of live contact (live chat or phone contact). They have set up an e-mail system for response within 24 hours. This leads to a lot of back and forth with e-mails that are impersonal, and on their part, short and criptic in nature. They do not fully explain their position on a matter, which leads them, in my opinion, to not adequately respond to comments regarding misleading descriptions of merchandise on their site. This, I feel, is not good customer service."

Tmart WON'T follow up on damaged produt.

"Tried to get a response back from them after I received damaged Camera. NOTHING!!!!

Won't be buying from them again.

Lasts as long as it takes to charge

"I purchased a U8 watch from Tmart, and waited anxiously on its arrival. When it arrived, I got rid of my old watch, and charged my new one for 14 hours, (says it has 135 hour standby). After charging, I wore the watch, only to have it die within 24 hours. I charged it again for 14-16 hours, and the same thing happened, (died within 24 hours). It is not much fun when you have to charge the watch every day for 14 or more hours. I will be looking for another watch, that hopefully will last longer than 24 hours at a time. The only answer from Tmart is, is not to use the app, (didn't know using a watch to get the time was an app). Other products I have purchased from Tmart have been very good, and am satisfied with them."

"I ordered a case for my iphone 6splus. It came and there were no openings in the case to access any of the buttons on the phone. I want to return but they want pictures of the bag it came in and pictures of the item. That is BS. I just want to return the defective product. This will be my last order from TMart."

Can't take truth so do this

"T mart is a company that does not honor its confirmation letters.I pay for and received confirmation from them only to be sent a second letter that my order would not be shipped ,
