"This merchant is ridiculously great!!! I went to the regular jewelers (you know the ones you see in the commercials) and I found the ring I wanted. Then for kicks I went online to see what I could find and I found the exact same ring for 60% less what they were asking for in the store! That's not even the best part.... well, ok maybe but almost as good is that I don't think that I have ever received service as good as this. I ordered my product and it came the very next day. That in itself is just fast delivery, but the product was exactly as advertised/described. What has really got me about Titanium Kay is their Customer Service. I can't remember the last time that I was served so well. I have sent them several e-mails because I am an idiot and don't normally wear jewelry and no joke, the guy answered me back within 10 minutes 90% of the time!!!! Wow! Not only that but he answered my questions fully and gave me clear and concise advice/suggestions. The ring I ordered didn't fit me right (I ordered it too big as I was advised by a different jeweler that this type of ring needed a size larger than measured) so I returned the product (I sent it off snail mail which was dumb of me) but as soon as they got it they processed the return and within 5 business days of when I sent it to them I had my replacement!! They sent it back priority. Amazing. I can't stop telling people about these guys. This is what happens when you make a customer happy.... You get more happy customers..."

"The first word came out when I opened the box is WOW! The rings are top notch. I have been looking for these type of rings for a long time. Finally found them at Titanium Kay. This is has the best service. Every online store should use their model of customer service. I placed the order in the Thursday morning, and the package shipped out in the afternoon same day. The rings arrived on Monday morning with first class mail. If you are looking for Titinium rings, this is the place to check out. "
