My husband was recently on a business trip and it was the perfect opportunity to get new tires on the 2007 Jetta that he uses to commute to work every day. I asked two of my male co-workers for recommendations on local places to buy tires and both of them recommended ordering the tires through Tire Rack and to have them delivered to one of Tire Rack's recommended installers. <br><br>I ordered the tires on Monday and they were delivered to Firestone in Leavenworth, KS on Wednesday (one day ahead of the estimated delivery date). Firestone sells the same tires that I ordered from Tire Rack (Bridgestone Potenza RE970AS Pole Position) but ordering them through Tire Rack saved us about $440, even after factoring in the shipping charges. <br><br>Firestone was great to work with too, so this is a winning combination for us and one we will continue to use for all of our vehicles.<br><br>K.
