My items ordered ranged from cheap small items like bicycle lights to bluetooth mouse and video cameras. Of course some of the \u0022cheap\u0022 items do really have that made-in-china look and feel but this is only expected for the money you pay. But having said that, I am most impressed with the Customer Service provided by this site, as in both orders, there were some problems in quality of several of the really small cheap items, and when I pointed out this to the site, they were quick in response and they eventually offered refunds (some partial), even when I could not provide photos of the defective products. The other thing I like about this site was that prices were generally cheaper than its competitors.
