Do it online or via email or phone. Tracking info is automatically emailed to you, too. Sign into your online account to get info on past orders, or just contact Jennifer. I could go on, but suffice it to say that she really leaves nothing to be desired. "
"The product is great and the price terrific. However, I can't say the same for shipment.I placed the order on 3/24 and received a shipment notification and UPS tracking number the next day. But the UPS web site showed no activity on the shipment until 3/29. What was going on from 3/25 until 3/29? No idea. The package was finally delivered on 4/2, eight days after it supposedly shipped. Not the kind of shipment performance I'd expect."

"At the lowest cost shipping option the tracking number they generate isn't in fact track able. Repeated calls (4) finally yielded a clerk who knew what he was doing and checked the mail innovations site where it did show up. Short of that, I was about to call my credit card company."
"The item was shipped with the requirement for a signature upon delivery, though I did not request this when selecting a shipping option. I missed the first attempted delivery, and I asked the carrier on the next day to re-route the package to my work address or remove the signature requirement. The carrier stated it could not modify the shipping terms, but TigerDirect could do so. TigerDirect's representative stated the signature requirement was imposed by the carrier, and that TigerDirect could not alter it. I explained that I have received several thousand dollars worth of merchandise from other merchants with this carrier without a signature requirement. TigerDirect ultimately did agree to have the package intercepted so I could pick it up from the carrier's local delivery hub (~30 minutes from my home). Upon request, TigerDirect also refunded the shipping charges. The product is working perfectly well thus far (I've had it 1 week, and it is providing 3.3 Mbps though I'm paying for 3.0), but this shipping fiasco will likely preclude me from shopping at TigerDirect in the future."
"I have been a long time customer , however lately tiger is getting as bad as the rest . A most recent order that was a multi part order was shipped ( paid for 2 day shipping ) only 1part arrived , no invoice or explanation, 30 minutes on the phone to find out , oh sorry ( that's suposta make it all better ) Why did I pay extra for 2 day shipping if I didn't need it "

"Be very careful when ordering from TigerDirect with their rebates. I bought an Intel SSD hard drive with an advertised rebate. After I received the product, I tried to do the rebate, but found out it was outside of the rebate period. TigerDirect should not have advertised the rebate at a time outside of the rebate period."

"I purchased this brand new samsung series 5 laptop from tigerdirect.comOrder number of J3564760-0101, laptop randomly shut down and fan was running fast when it is idle.Called samsung for service, and they let me restore the computer.However, fan runs still noticebly fast when is in idling, pc shutdown randomly again,I called tigerdirect for refund since its defective, they refused to refund me back the money because it has limited return previligies??? , they want to send me the another defective unit by only accepting exchanges. Sometimes i do know some stores exceptionally accepts return if its defective laptops or pcs.However, this company only let you change for identical item, Totally dissapointing, i wont shop from tigerdirect anymore, since their return policy is not allow me to buy a product from them. Agent only reads the return policy, does not listen to what i am saying. As long as they read off the policy, it is their duty to let me know, No more tiger."

"I had the worst experience ever with TigerDirect. I purchased a 42" refurbished TV. I was excited to purchase the TV for my son's "man cave". When it arrived the box was a little beat up but I thought for sure that a fragile piece of equipment would be protected. The next day we opened the box and glass started to fall out. We immediately put it back in the box. I called TigerDirect and advised them the TV was damaged. They had no problems providing the RA to return the TV however it took days to get UPS to pick up the TV and I had to go rounds with them just to get them there. The final straw had to be when I received the email stating I would receive a refund but no mention of the cost associated with the shipping which was over 50.00. I would just like to have this nightmare end but now I have to call TigerDirect again to ensure that the full amount of the purchase is refunded."
