He adjusted the payment method and my order has gone through. The estimated delivery time is satisfactory and he even offered me a few free upgrades. Not only this, but the parts they offer I actually recognize, unlike Dell where you have no idea which company manufactured your ram, and i can tell you after 3 dell purchases I will **never** be going back to them and have recommended Thunderbox to everyone I work with. Excellent seller overall.
UPDATE: The computer came in, everything works very well. I had to do a little fixing because of some minor shipping damage (just reseating the video card) but that wasn't ThunderboxPC's fault. Works better than any computer I've used :)"

"After looking at Alienware, i wasnt happy. Same with Voodoo and Falcon NW. I wanted a high quality PC without trading in my car. So i stumbled upon thunderboxpc and thought id look into them. After about 2 days i decided to place an order. I was able to customize to my hearts content. In the middle of the time from my order to the ship date, they emailed me saying that they upgraded my motherboard and lights for FREE! I just got my computer a few days ago and it has been great. I can clearly tell everything has been placed in there with the upmost caution. I was also pleased at their customer support...when i called i wasnt put on hold and when i sent an email it was replied to in about 1 hour! The best support i have ever gotten.

They did a very nice job making sure that all the components in my computer were exactly what I wanted. I was impressed with the care they took with the packaging. My order was about as safe as anything could possibly get when shipped across the country. Opening up the case showed that they really take pride in the computers they build. The layout was very clean and efficient, with the maximum amount of space for airflow for the fans. Plus the case itself and its color just look fricken sweet. =) Everything booted up right away and it has been running like a dream.
From the process of specifying a custom configuration all the way down to opening the careful packaging and booting up a finely-tuned machine, the entire experience demonstrates that Thunderbox PC is very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again."

"I am completely satisfied with my purchase from Thunderbox PC. They made everything easy on my part and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
The customer service is the fastest I have yet to see. My emails were all answered within a short amount of time after being sent. They were able to answer all of my questions directly and give me all the advice I needed.
When my PC arrived I was amazed with how nicely packaged and how much care was put into getting it here. When I set the system up it ran pretty much flawlessly. Fastest machine I have yet to use, and very well built. I can tell a lot of time and effort went into the PC, and I got every penny of what I paid for. I would definantly purchase from Thunderbox PC in the future without hesitation.
Also, I would recommend to anyone looking into this company to checkout their Exos watercooled systems. They work great, and it is a lot more relaxing than having to hear multiple fans. I would also recommend looking into the painted cases if you care about how your PC looks on the outside. The paintjobs are amazing and mine turned out great.

"Thunderbox PC was simply a wonderful company to work with in all aspects. I sent a blind email to the Sales department containing my computer desires and the goals I needed to achieve in a new PC. Within an hour, the president of Thunderbox PC emailed me with further questions and inquiries. By the next day, a complete system was developed that would fully meet my needs with careful consideration on price. The president was very willing and able to answer all my questions no matter how mundane they may have seemed. He took time to explain items and to ensure I was happy and confident with what I purchased. Even during the busy Christmas season, Thunderbox PC came through and delivered my computer in even less time than was promised. Less than three weeks for a fully customized and optimized computer system, no arguments here! After receiving and installing the computer, I certainly wasn’t let down. It worked great, much better than expected. The president of Thunderbox PC even followed up a few days after receiving the computer to verify my satisfaction and to ensure everything worked. I have absolutely no qualms recommending this company to others or purchasing another systems from them. They are definitely an A+ company."
