"Although the processing time was a little bit long (3-4 days) finally they were able to ship my order and it arrived accurately as described on their page."
"Thank you for your excellent service, and the part that I ordered was shipped to me in a timely manner. The part ordered was perfect fit and I will definitely be using your service in the future again when needed."
Found these guys via Google search, I wanted a parts supplier without all the "Customs" crap and added cost. I found the set of nasty big front end parts needed and had them ordered easy-peasy. The year/make/model choices was the cut to the chase. They arrived by CanPost (not UPS as indicated, no matter) in like 2 days. WOW!
Then later ordered a set of smaller rear end parts and they arrived THE NEXT DAY!! Sadly my grease-monkey advised they were incorrect for my car, having a Sport suspension. So I rang up the toll-free line to see what we could do and how did I not see Sport parts on-line. Seems there was a glitch in the web-site which the nice phone lady fixed evan as we spoke. Then she said to re-order the parts and in that box they would send me a pre-done CanPost sticker to return the first set. A pain-free return policy? OMG, yes! I did re-order and bingo-bango, delivered the next day, even though ordered sometime after 5 pm. The magic return sticker was there just as promised. Somehow they knew this was an order with special considerations and holy crap, it worked as promised. I only have to ring up now to ask why first parts look just like second parts when they are supposed to be from 2 different makers, having chosen to pay more for "better" parts.
Overall, this is one Monkey that may not be on your back, but they have your back. Kudos. "
"I ordered a part with the promise that it would be shipped out the same day as I needed the part in two days. Something happened where it didn't go out and so I was going to get the part a day late. I called up and discussed the issue and they were able to overnight the part and get it to me on time. I am completely satisfied with the service and would order from them again."
""Listen to these guys! First of all Allison is a sweetheart who aims to please. She will work to understand your problem and fit your needs. She does this all with a smile( you can tell even over the phone and through email). Every time I called I got the same person and the same quality treatment. Now, I dont know squat about cars so I was relying on Allison and Mark to guide me as to what I needed. When the part arrived (a bearing) my mechanic told me(after taking my car apart) that the part was incorrect and needed another part( the entire assembly) to be put in correctly. He said pressing in the bearing to the existing assembly would be dangerous and if possible would cost 300-600 dollars. So I called Mark at wrenchmonkey and even had him speak with the mechanic. They disagreed and naturally I was really upset that wrenchmonkey (I thought) sent the wrong part after a lot of effort spent making sure it was the right part. Mark was stern and assured me he knew the part was correct. I didnt care. After all the time I spent and aggravation I was insistent on getting my money back. He said he would do that for me but I was making an incorrect choice. He made a deal with me: he would check with my car manufacturer just make sure and if they said he was wrong that he would still take the part back. He told me to check with another mechanic. I thought (even though I was mad) that it was fair. The next day Mark called me back to tell me that even though the manufacturer confirmed he was correct that he would still take the part back (hesitantly)just because it was important to keep me happy. Well, let me tell you, I was SOOOO glad he took a firm stand with me. When I checked with the new mechanic he said he could do the job for $100 bucks (just like Mark had told me it SHOULD cost). Overall, I was wrong. Mark is not the sweetheart Allison is Ill tell you that. But his uncompromising (and deserved) confidence in the standards and procedures that Wrenchmonkey takes to make sure you get the right product ended up saving me time, money and aggravation. I was never so happy to have been wrong (pushing for a return and believing a crappy mechanic). I even called Mark the day after my car was finished to humble myself and thank him. We had some laughs and parted as friends. I will NEVER go anywhere else and neither should you! Trust me and trust Wrenchmonkey. At one point I threatened Mark that if he didn't comply with my (erroneous)request that I would put bad reviews anywhere I could find. Well, a month later, I made it a point to keep my promise to tell the world just the opposite. You will not beat Wrenchmonkeys price, professionalism and expertise. No one does more research than me. So I saved you the time. Purchase from Wrenchmonkey and listen to them with confidence. -Justin NY ""

"I wasn't pleased with the service at all. The only good thing about Wrench Monkey is the price for parts! Service is HORRIBLE!! My husband and paid $35.00 for, what we thought, was next day air shipping. Well, we ordered the part Tuesday night and thought we may get it on Thursday at the latest. We called the company on Thursday, got a call back on Friday from Mark. He stated he just found out about our part not being shipped @ 4:52, Friday evening and wanted to see if we wanted to pay $95.00 for next day, which will be on Monday!! I asked what happened to $35.00 next day price and he said that was a mistake and they had to look into fixing that. So I stated that wasn't our fault and they should make up the difference since we had been waiting on our part for, now, 3 days. He said they couldn't do that because their parts are so cheap! As a resolve, he offered to give us our money back! I told him that wasn't resolving anything, we still needed the part and our mechanic was waiting to fix our truck. After going rounds with him, He said, well let me see if we could credit you $20.00. I said ok and haven't heard from Mark since! Our part came 6 days after we ordered it, which is free for ground shipping. But I paid $35 for it and didn't get my money back!!!"
"Great service. Speedy delivery. Was dissapointed that I was unawerly charged $17.95 from my credit card company because the business is in Canada and is considered overseas transaction even though nothing on the websites states it is overseas."
"Excellent, timely, reasonably priced. Bookmarked your site on PCs at home and work. On laptop also. Told my mechanic when he couldn't find the parts thru normal channels. He book marked the site also. Thanks Guys! JmL"
"My honda CRV required new universal joints. The joints were not replaceable and Honda wanted $1400.00 for a new drive shaft. The car is only worth $2500.00 The Wrench Monkey had the joints in stock and I received them the next day! I did the repair myself after watching a replacement video on You Tube. Total cost with shipping was less than $50.00 and my car passed inspection. Without the Wrench Monkey this car would have been junked. Thanks WM for being the only supplier on the internet to come through for me! Mark Adams Erie Pa."
"Good service, good quality, good price, part fit application perfectly. Came with good directions. Only complaint is it shipped to me requiring a signature. I was at work and had to make arrangements to go pick it up from the carrier (UPS)."
