"The customer service skills of each person that I had spoken with in the customer service department definately need to be worked on. I ordered a Canon 430ex II speedlite that was shown in stock and then received a call saying that it was backordered for 3-5 weeks and the woman tried to get me to buy a more expensive Sigma speedlite. I declined, waited 4 weeks, called and was told I had to wait another 2 weeks to get the Canon speedlite. Then, I was told if I pay another $30 I can get the speedlite sooner. I was also told they would throw in the rechargable batteries with the speedlite. I received the speedlite, but no batteries. Called back and batteries are out of stock and I am still waiting on them.**UPDATE: Currently working with the Manager in resolving this issue."

"1 Nov 13Ordered a Canon BG-E7 battery grip and one LP-E6 battery on 31 Oct 13. Rcvd a call on 1 Nov 13 saying the grip was on back order from Canon, and could be 3-5 weeks. I was offered a Bower grip with 2 batteries for same $130 price. I canxd my order ... if I wanted a PoS Bower grip I would have ordered one from the start right? Prices are too good to be true, and then wasted time. I will NOT shop with this company again."
"Misleading. If you read the reviews you can tell that they don't sell anything original here. Always what you buy will be out of stock and they will call you to tell you if you want the next best model and yada yada yada. Of course, you will get disappointed once you receive their non original items that you could have bought much cheaper on Ebay. "

"I was very impressed with Threestoreonline when I look up information for my camera as I was looking for a battery charger and battery. I placed my order and the next day I was called and told that the battery charger was not in stock and it would take a few days. After the representative and I spoke, I was convinced to upgraded which I'm glad I did. Not only is this a better battery charger but we received our package in record time. We are very impressed with this company and would order from you again."

"I ordered backup batteries for my Nikon camera and Canon camcorder one evening and was called by an estore rep the next morning informing me one of the batteries was out of stock. But he suggested a similar battery made by the same manufacturer that provides longer battery life and offered to upgrade the other battery at no charge if I wanted the upgraded battery. Customer service was outstanding and delivery was prompt."

"Never buy from "TheEstoreOnline". They are a classic bait and switch operation. Every single time, they will bait and switch. They have phone operators who act super nice and will suggest an "upgrade" of your item when they are supposedly out of stock (even though items are always listed as being in stock), but in fact the item upgrade is a cheap generic item, simply listed as costing more on their website.I purchased a canon battery charger, and instead received a shitty portable charger that only costs about 13 bucks online elsewhere. I tried to cancel the order but they lied and told me it had already shipped, even though it hadn't and my card hadn't even been charged yet! So I wrote a bad review, and sure enough they called me the next day, telling me that if I changed my review they would give me the item for free. I refused, saying I wanted people to know they sucked. 2 weeks later I received another call, this time saying I would be refunded if I edited my review to a mediocre one. HA! This is literally the only reason they have good reviews anywhere. Because they bait people to change their poor reviews.THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU WHAT YOU ORDER. AND EVERY SINGLE GOOD REVIEW YOU'RE LOOKING AT IS BECAUSE THEY GIVE PEOPLE REFUNDS IF THEY CHANGE THEIR REVIEW TO A GOOD ONE. Seriously. I'm pissed off. They will probably call me again and offer me a refund and something extra if I change the review to a good one."

The rep offered a replacement battery which was an upgrade from the one originally ordered. The items shipped immediately as I received them 2 days later."

"unfortunately the item i ordered was on backorder, but they were very quick to let me know and offer an alternate item to replace it, in order to receive it in a timely manner which was very important to me. when i received my order (which was on time), i was disappointed that one of the items was not as i expected (based on my call with the salesperson), but with one phone call they were willing to offer me a refund and to let me keep the item i was not pleased with as a gift. overall, i did not get everything i was originally hoping for, but the customer service was very good."

She then mentioned that they had the Sigma EF610 in stock.....this was fine as I had looked at the specs for this flash previously, and I ordered it. Expected deleting Thurs 17th...... It arrived Wed the 16th.....great service, would order again from them."
