"I have rented from Lens Depot a number of times and have never had a problem with their service or their products. I use their lenses especially for special assignments when I need a telephoto or other lens that we don't have in our newsroom.
Professional assistance when we call, but since so much of the order process is handled online and via express delivery, it's very easy. And their prices are better than local camera-equipment rental operations. TLD is my go-to place for camera and lens rentals."

"This was my first experience doing business with the Lens Depot, but I will be a return customer. The equipment that I rented,a professional camcorder and external microphone, were in like new condition and therefore were in great working condition. The tech at the shop walked me through the operation of the camcorder and even offered an extra battery which actually saved my butt in the shoot that I did.
Very professional and great service."

"I had a great experience w/LensDepot. I live in Tampa, so my order arrived in one day ,instead of the 2 day scheduled arrival date. The online ordering process was very easy. The customer service was super friendly and helpful.I needed the lens for an extra week and they had several in stock of that lens, so it was no problem at all. I highly recommend using LensDepot-fast, easy, reliable. Period."

"I am so glad I found the The Lens Depot. I took a trip that needed more than the point and shoot camera I have. I told the staff what I was doing and they suggested the perfect lens to use with the camera I rented from them. Delivery and return was great. Thank you!"

"My first time renting a lens. At first, I was trying to purchase a certain lens; all the large sales outlets were out of stock, and not able to forecast a delivery date. After a few Google searches, I found the Lens Depot had the lens. Their web access was very easy to find the inventory and determine availability. I made a mistake on the order, and their customer service was able to quickly help and correct my error. Also, their timely communications, shipping arrangements, product quality were excellent. They were able to pin-point the exact date that I would get the lens. Bottom line price was the best I could find. I highly recommend their service."

"Couldn't have asked for more as far as camera and the personnel who rented it to me. The camera arrived the next day rather than 2 days as expected. I'd rent from The Lens Depot in a N.Y. minute. Their staff answered all my questions promptly and even a few after I had rented the camera. Living in Dunedin, FL. it's great renting from a place so very convenient. They have all the big stores beat even in N.Y. Most definitely it's a 10 on a scale of 1-10."

"I have rented lenses I could not afford to purchase for special trips several times from the Lens Depot. The lenses have been in great condition and the service is excellent. I will continue to consider them whenever special occasions call for special lenses. And in the future, before I move up to a $2,500 camera, I may rent one for a week to see what I think before such an investment!"

"Great experience. Best prices I could find. Very responsive customer service and thorough communications through the whole process. Lenses shipped and arrived as expected. Returning the lenses was easy.

I had some special events to shoot and got the 8-15mm and 28-300mm prime Canon lenses. Very inexpensive way to use/test out nice gear! The week rental period was a plus."
