"To all,

***** DO NOT BUY FROM THE FACTORY DEPOT *****

I purchased an item and finally got in touch with them 5 days later to then get a response that the item was never in stock. After I called them, I spoke with the President of the company to find out that was not true either, the fact was they said they posted the wrong item.

This being said, I would recommend staying away from them as enen when a company makes a mistake, they should work to make it right. In talking to the President, he made it clear he undstood he could make it right but chose not to.

***** DO NOT BUY FROM THE FACTORY DEPOT *****"

"We ordered a four-pack of ink cartridges for our Dell 3000cn printer on July 1, 2010. The order arrived a week later. We loaded the black cartridge only a few days later and used it without any problems. Two weeks ago, we loaded the cyan cartridge, but the printer rejected is as being an incompatible cartridge. We tried to call The Factory Depot, but the automated message instructed us to send an e-mail. A day later, we got an e-mail response saying that there were no returns after 30 days. It is obvious that someone who purchases a computer, camera, or TV will know within days whether it is defective. It is unreasonable to expect the purchaser of printer cartridges to load all of them to make sure they are compatible because it would require removing cartridges not yet empty that are already in the printer. When we reached a manager, we got the argument that shelf-life, among other things, required limiting the return period. However, it was not the ink, but the cartridges that were incompatible.
