Sorry to hear about the challenges with USPS. We use them because of their low cost and what's usually just 2-day transit time from us in Boulder, Colorado. If you'd like to still order from us, we'd be happy to ship UPS Ground for the same cost just for you...simply request UPS Ground shipping (or if you'd like 2-day or 3-day at UPS's cost) in the 'Comments' section of the checkout page, and note 'at $5.75 per Eric'.
