"I would not recommend the grow tents through this shopo. I used a 4x8x6 for 13 months and had it collaps on me and severly damage my plants and was lucky a fire didn't happen. The lashop is not willing to replace the corner braces. They will however sell a set of corners to me for $20. they will not respond to my email asking for the manufacturer contact info. They will not tell me how many corners are included. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY "

"I purchased the Blue Mercedez Benz Electric Ride on car for my grand son for his 4 year birthday in January 2010. When he received it his mom and dad charged it and it worked for a matter of a few hours when it started blowing fuses. After many phone call some of which went to a voice mail that only said the mailbox was full a new battery was sent in March. When the new battery was received and charged it did not work.
After many, many phone calls, 13 emails, and 9 months later he does not have a car that he can ride, try telling a 4 year old why grandma sent him a present that is broke!!!! Of course now they can't take it back because it is past the time fram, only because they DON'T answer emails and phone calls!!! The people that have given this company a good rating obviously did not have a problem with what they purchased or they would definately have a totally different opinion. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RIDE ON TOY GO TO WALMART!!! AT LEAST YOU CAN RETURN IT ANYTIME IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH IT. That is exactly what I did last month for my grand daughters birthday, now she has a working car and he doesn't."

"ordered mug press and heat press, canceled the next day, they still sent it, I refused it with UPS, called them numerous times, emailed several times their mail box is full, no calls can get through. I would not recommend buying anything from them. I'm sure you can only order on line and once they get your money thats it. Beware...."

"I purchased four 11GRL003-S108-BW grow lights ($492.23) for
my new aquarium that i was going to buy. I installed the lights
on 11/11/09, only one of the lights worked for about one hour
then shut off. None of them worked. I called and they told me it
was past the warranty and they would not tell where i could take
the lights to have someone assist me with my problem, but I
could purchase four more at $80.00 each. I do not recommend
buying these lights because they are not what is promised. Do
not i did not warn you. I will never shop there again. Very poor
service."

"I ordered an tent from these folks and they sent it very promptly, and it arrived when I expected. The shipping was not a problem.

When I opened the item...it had obviously been opened before. Parts were broken, missing, and the item itself was of poor quality.

When I tried to put it together, I noticed that the fabric was ripping from the seams. The pieces that hold the frame together were broken, and the item had obviously been used before. $200 for a used item, that was poorly manufactured, and did not even resemble the descirption provided by this company.

I eventually was able to get the tent together, with a lot of duct tape. But, this thing will not last longer than maybe a couple months of use condsidering I had to ghetto rig it together.

I contacted this company. No one answers their phones. I sent an email, they responded back askign me to send pictures, and for me to pay for them to re-ship another item out. I replied back asking for a refund, and to come and pick up the item...that was 3 days ago now...and still no response.

Forwarded a claim to paypal. Hoepfully paypal will resolve this, as this company is a scam. Also, filed a claim with BBB. People like this need to be put out of business.

"When one of the S-150 studio strobe flash failed in the second usage, I asked for the guarantee policy by email and by phone but the result was no response to email, no information confirmed from the phone conversation. My bad feeling for this website service was they did not care servicing the customer after ordering and they did not know about the product components information such as where to buy the replacement.
After this experience, I searched the internet thoroughly and saw two websites which had the similar products they sold, the cowboy studio and the discounttommy website and they looked more reliable. "

"I ordered the 24" Photo Cube Studio Light Tent Box Kit. It arrived in the time expected by ups ground from LA to NY. Yes it is made in China and the directions were in broken chinese english, but it's a very nice product for $69.00.
I like this company and this product. I've been reading these user reviews for some time now and have concluded that people without good executive skills, or are not clever, should not buy products like this on-line. That's why there are stores. If one is intuitive, they can save much money, so important now adays. I've been using the Cloud Dome and that cracked after 6 months. This seems like it will last for awhile.
I would shop with The LASHOP again."

"Ordered the portable sauna and when it arrived I plugged it in and it stayed on for 5 minutes then shut off and wouldn't turn back on. I called LAShop and was told to email autions@yes.usa.com to ask for instructions or any advise on wiring. Never had return email from email. I also have tried to call this company to see if they will pick this one up and sen me another one and every time I call there is an answering machine that says mail box full. I am very upset because the sauna was 200.00 and I want my money returned or this bad one replaced and I can't get them to help. Very disappointed and will be contacting the BBS in their area soon."
