"I've had good overall experience with this seller in the pst year, with about 5 purchases. There were a few times the service was fast, almost same day shipping of my order. And there was the time the staff was ill, so email questions went unanswered for a week or so. But when they did answer, they were very apologetic and helpful and wanting to resolve the problem ASAP.
The products are good, authentic products. I would continue to make purchases from this seller. "

"Very fast shipping. After placing my order I received my chip in less than a week to the US. The chip didn't work though, and am currently trying to return it for another one. It's a bad time of year, they are busy and it's taking forever to get a response, and they are closed now til after the new year so I have to wait a couple more weeks.."

“*** NOTE TO EVERYONE ***
If you have a faulty item please use our RMA system. It helps us to respond quicker to our existing customers and uses a different email system to our Contact Us form emails.

As you can imagine we receive thousands of emails through our Contact Us form and it is handled by a different team.

Our RMA system is setup for a prioritised response. Emails about returns that are sent using the Contact Us form have to be forwarded to the correct team which means your emails may be queued and have a delayed response.

Once again please remember we are in Australia so we are in a different timezone to the US, UK etc. and we don't have email response on the weekends. We do not work 24/7 as we are human too and like to enjoy our weekends.”

"Ordered a mod chip for my Wii on 11/19/08. Shipping was extremely fast. Ordered the solderless version but the chip did not work. I emailed Techsick and got a prompt reply asking me to try a few things and also the version number on the chip. It has been over a week now with no response.

Everything has been great up to the point of the chip not working. I understand they are probably busy but in one of the emails I just asked for any kind of reply just to let me know what is going on. I could accept that.

I just wish I could recommend this company to the others at work who would like to mod their Wii's. They are waiting to see how this is resolved before placing an order. "

"Ordered on a Saturday night, and shipped Monday morning. Can't get any better than that, and for $10 from Australia to the US in 5 days or less?? This is great. I'll definately recommend TechSick."

"My order was shipped within 24 hours and I received the item within 3 days. Everything was as described and all items worked right out of the box. They also had very competitive prices. I have already recommended two friends to them. This company is highly recommended and I will be purchasing from them again in the near future."

"Couldn't be happier. I have ordered chips from about 5 different sellers before and never has the process been pretty much perfect until now. They sent my product out the much next day and replied to my e-mails within 12 hours. Will buy from again...very soon."

"The service provided by TechSick has been sensational, these guys I totally recommend.

I called to ask about Wii Modchips for 4 different units and they took the time to discuss the various options for each (to a newbie like me!) and I had the order a day later.

One Wii decided to be 'difficult' but the post sales support was fantastic and with one quick call the issue was sorted out., doesn't get much better than that.

Big thanks to Adam for putting up with all my lame questions.
