If you have a faulty item please use our RMA system. It helps us to respond quicker to our existing customers and uses a different email system to our Contact Us form emails.
As you can imagine we receive thousands of emails through our Contact Us form and it is handled by a different team.
Our RMA system is setup for a prioritised response. Emails about returns that are sent using the Contact Us form have to be forwarded to the correct team which means your emails may be queued and have a delayed response.
Once again please remember we are in Australia so we are in a different timezone to the US, UK etc. and we don't have email response on the weekends. We do not work 24/7 as we are human too and like to enjoy our weekends.”
"I've had good overall experience with this seller in the pst year, with about 5 purchases. There were a few times the service was fast, almost same day shipping of my order. And there was the time the staff was ill, so email questions went unanswered for a week or so. But when they did answer, they were very apologetic and helpful and wanting to resolve the problem ASAP.
