I have sent you a private message about this issue. Our rep mistakenly gave you incorrect information. Your order had not actually been processed yet. Your order HAS been cancelled and refunded per your original request. I do apologize for this mis-hap.

For reference: Our Cancellation Policy is: Once an item has been sent for fulfillment (Exported) it cannot be cancelled. Exporting occurs at several times throughout each business day and can occur within minutes of ordering. Cancelling an order in a warehouse that ships thousands of packages a day is like "finding a needle in a haystack", and is simply not a realistic request.”

I do confirm that your order was shipped on the 11th business day. Usually our items are shipped in 5-10 business days and I am sorry that we dropped the ball. Due to the large number of orders for Teacher Appreciation Week we were a bit delayed as you can imagine for these particular shirts. I have issued you a refund on your shipping for the hassle.
Again, this is a very rare occurrence for us as shirts from our warehouse usually ship in 5 business days.

I am sorry that your order did not ship in time. Upon reviewing your order and customer service inquiries I see that your order was fully refunded as these items are no longer in stock. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and the delay in receiving this out of stock news. This rarely happens. Usually out of stock information is handled quickly. We are issuing you a gift certificate for the whole hassle.
Just to explain our order modification policy, once an order is placed and sent over to the warehouse a label is printed. We receive thousands of orders a day which means a lot of labels! When an order needs to be modified unfortunately it is nearly impossible for us to go through all the labels and find a particular order as you can imagine. We do try to do our best though to help out.
If there is anything else that we can do for you don't hesitate to ask!

Thank you for letting us know your feelings concerning your experience with Tanga. I would like to address some of the points you brought up in your review. Tanga ships items within 5-10 business days on average. Usually our shipping is much quicker and rarely is the shipping slower than that. Looking through your order history I show this to be the case. I see that all of your orders were shipped in 5-10 business days except your order from March 31st. We are sorry about this one and have taken precautions so the items from this particular vendor are quicker.
As for our knowledge of the products, we are working to get more of the little details concerning the products such as weight, size, and styles offered. Sometimes the supplier doesn't provide this information so we do are best to give as much information as possible for the items for sale.
