"I made my order online with a 2 day rush delivery. Instead of sending my order I had to call the company. I am very busy during the week so it took me a couple of days to call, when I could have received my order in a couple of days. I called and was solitated to order a 4 hour battery which I did not receive, but was charged for. "
"This is by far the WORST company I have dealt with online. BEWARE…They use a bait and switch tactics. On August 22, 2007 I called TVsDepot to order the Canon SD850 IS and before placing the order I called their customer service department & the sales department (John House) to confirm that this is the camera I will be getting. I emphasized to both people that I do NOT want the gray mkt Canon IXY Digital 810 and I was assured by both that I will get the Canon SD850 IS. The order came and they sent the gray market Canon IXY Digital 810, which is NOT what I ordered or was assured I would be getting. Even though it was their fault, I had to pay out of my pocket to send it back as they would not issue a return label to pay for the return. I then called customer service and spoke to Rachael who said she will be sure I get the Canon SD850 IS and sent me an email to verify the fact that she will take care of the mistake. So I give it another try (#2) and once again they send the gray market Canon IXY Digital 810. I was furious for being lied to twice and to top this off even they tried to sell me a USA warranty for the gray mkt camera and when I said NO, they offered to give me the warranty for free. So I sent the 2nd camera back on 9/10/07 and upon a follow up call on 9/16/07, it was confirmed that they got the camera and the amount of $319 would be credited to my VISA account and it is 3 1/2 weeks and several phone calls to try to get my credit card credited and of this date it has NOT been credited. They will NOT credit me the 2 charges of $16.50 (that was their fault) of which I had to pay for to send the 2 cameras that were NOT what I ordered twice or was told that I would get. Getting to the customer service department is very difficult and they keep you on hold a long time even when you have an extension number to contact. I wasted over one month dealing with this incompetent company.I would NEVER DO business with this firm or recommend them to anyone as they are NOT TRUSTWORTHY and the way they treat customers is a real insult. I ordered the Canon SD850 IS from Abe's of Maine and spoke to a very polite sales person and got what I ordered with prompt delivery, and NO problems. What a pleasant experience to do business without problems. "

Once I ordered it, they sent me an email wanting to confirm the buy, which I thought was reasonable.I called tvsdepot, and when I got to a person, he told me that it was going to be 99 dollars more. I went for it, thinking I did not want any trouble with the order.I did that, and then the sales rep, asked me repeatedly if I wanted an extended warranty. I told him no, and he made me feel bad about not getting it.Ok, order done, I waited for my order, even got an email with tracking, very good there. Well, I kept tracking it, and it just stayed at their warehouse. I had to call up the shipping company and ask them where it was. Finally they got it shipped. Once it got to the warehouse in my city, I had to call them up and ask them where to get it, because someone obviously did not put it the system to have it delievered. I went and picked it, which was a hasle, because it was so big. But the product is brand new, and I am not complaining about the quality of the product, just the service."

FTC number is 1 (877)FTC-HELP PLEASE if you feel you have been robbed or riped off or treated unfairley please contact the BBB,Attorney General of NY or FTC and file a complant i also filed acomplaint with the BBB of NY and am in the process of filing the paper work with the Attorney General of NY internet Bureau there number is (212) 416 8433 . bottom line is a item was a bait and switch and broken un useable this company never took any responsability for anything the got it all figured out how to robb people the poor Bas%#rds poorley shipped /packaged and charged me a 40% fee of 2440.00 i have nothing to show for my buy and am out 2440.00 of 5700.00 this will not be the end of this they are fukkin with the wrong person here. you robb me you will pay 10 fold! in a legal pay back get it straightAGAIN!!!!PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY!!! If you have been screwed over by these guys, then DO something about it...contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and file a complaint...1-877-FTC-HELP...contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint @ BBB(NYC)-(212) 533-6200...contact the Direct Marketing Association and file a complaint. I did it and the people were VERY helpful...FAIR TRADE is VERY important and this kind of stuff undermines that philosophy and IS NOT taken lightly. If they get enough complaints, then action will definitely happen whether it be fines or revocation of their license to do business. I would suggest that anyone who has an issue here get smart RE the FTC, BBB, and Fair Credit Billing Act and TAKE ACTION!!! THIS IS THE ONLY WAYS THAT SOMETHING WILL GET DONE ABOUT THESE CROOKS AND LIARS!!! "
"Ordered was exactly what i wanted and saw. every operator tried to upgrade battery and sale something else which already came with purchase. Its a scam!!! Phone service is slow and long, talked to many operators and never got a definite answer. And still waiting on promotional items."
