"STAY AWAY. Consumers should pay close attention to the negative feedback on this site, and particularly that contained on the Better Business Bureau site. I CAN'T EMPHASIZE ENOUGH that everything that is written is true, and then some. I was able to cancel my order before being bullied into accepting a $99 "shipping insurance" fee that I knew was bogus, and an overpriced service contract.

What makes me really angry is that so many people are not only misled, but apparently willing to accept the experience, saying that they are reasonably satisfied. This, despite high pressure tactics and hidden charges NOT on your order confirmation that can result in $100s of dollars of extra cost, and in many cases, major inconvenience.

These sellers (there are many more affiliates than listed) should be brought to their knees and made either to abide by the terms written on their websites, or CHANGE THEM. Apparently they think they are too clever to earn their bucks honestly. Deceptive and pressure practices can only be ended by consumers who take the trouble to stand up for themselves."

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order for a camera for a teenager. The next day I received a call from TVsDepot telling me I had to order a battery to go with the camera. I declined. I received the order and received were several items I had not ordered iplus the battery I had declined for an additional cost of $59.62. I had ordered a black camera and was sent a blue one. (Remember this is for a teenager who has very specific likes and dislikes of colors). I called the company requesting to return the order (their policy is that you have to get an authorization in order to return anything) After numerous calls to people who were very rude and many months of dealing with them I finally received an authorization to return the items. Now after them sending me a substitution for the camera I ordered and sending me items I didn't order I was charged a restocking fee plus I had to pay shipping charges to return it. I would recommend that you not deal with this company at all costs. They are scammers."

"Fotoconnection tries to scam you into buying things you do NOT need. On my order, the sales rep said my Sony LCD TV doesn't come with a stand, and tried to sell me a $200 stand. I declined and he tried to charge me more for truck delivery. I refused and finally got the order. The free DVD player was never shipped as promised. I had to call back and demand it. They made me write a review to get my "free" DVD player."

"FotoConnection was good for sending me emails to make sure I was receiving the correct product and everything needed to use it. They emailed me my tracking number and was able to track my shipment."

"I am some what impressed with the service with fotoconnection.com. The sales representative was helpful but he was more interested selling more items to a decided purchase... He was to pushy... and than again, there was an item that i should of not paid for, hence a researched and contacted the main digital carrier and found out that this particular item already comes included and should of not been sold separately. So, I am disturbed by this. The promptness of the delivery was greatly done by UPS as well as by fotoconnection.com email reply. Overall, it was good to do business with fotoconnection.com."

"The purchase process was efficient.

I would have liked to have all costs separated and listed on the invoice rather than everything bundled to one final price. It would have been nicer as well to receive all warranty information and have it already fully registered with the warranty company rather than just an e-mail telling me I had to log on to a website and register myself, especially after paying $400 for the warranty."

"I ordered a Canon Powershot sx100 camera, a 1GB SD memory card, and a quick charger with 4 batteries on October 9th. The charger and memory card arrived on October 23rd,after I finally inquired about it. The camera came on October 29th again after I inquired about it. I have not received the camera starter kit that was supposed to be included with the camera purchase. 5 emails and 3 phone calls to get the complete order? When can I expect the starter kit? The latest email from fotoconnection said I have to fill out this review to get my starter kit. Here it is, where is the camera starter kit I should have gotten with the camera several weeks ago? Follow through from your costumer service department is very lax. Thanks for your time. Jerome Kuehl"
