Computer arrived damaged due to shipper, which caused a two month plus ordeal dealing with them, but Tantus was always in communication about the situation working to make it right, and eventually they did despite horrible customer and claims service by the shipper. Tantus even gave me a free modest upgrade for my trouble. These guys are working for you! Oh, and by the way, the machine I got is FAST and cheap. I would definitely buy from Tantus the next time I need a computer, despite my unfortunate experience."

They went out of there way to help in every way they can and even installed the OS buy asking me for the key code from Windows XP Pro. That I was going to install myself.
