They do not have a phone number to contact them if there are issues with the order, only a FAX or E-mail. My order arrived almost 30 days after I made the order and the hard drives were not in the order (I was not charged) and were not backordered. Everything else I ordered was in good condition as I expected. I will order again when they assure me that my order will be shipped in a timely manner. ![Share](javascript:share_rating({"review_body":"I buy from Surplus Computers all the time, They just reduced shipping to $4.75 per shipment, so I won\u0027t complain about that...They don\u0027t offer a phone number so you can talk to a real person, so that is a bummer...I have gotten DOA servers from them but they replaced them without hassle (all had to be done via email, but there response times were reasonable). 95% of the item are priced EXCELLENT...the other 5% you can find cheaper elsewhere, but I think that is a pretty good ratio. Everything has been delivered quickly and on time, as was the Furminator in my most recent order. Everything was as described. I do recall that I once ordered a remaindered computer part for an old computer which didn\u0027t work, and Surplus Computer permitted me to return it, even though it was weeks after the agreed-upon return time had expired.<br><br>My only criticism of the company is that when an item is not listed as \u0022free shipping,\u0022 the cost of shipping is often so prohibitive as to make what appears a good deal not to be one.
