Since I had paid extra for two day air shipping, thinking that Thursday and Friday would be the two business days needed to receive the product, I was satisfied, and fully expected to receive my order in time to spend the weekend fixing my car. Must to my surprise, when Summit finally sent me the UPS tracking number, I saw that the order didn\u0027t reach UPS until more than 24 hours after I thought it was on its way, in other words, more than one of the shipping days was used before it reached UPS. So now I can expect my order at the end of the business day on Monday, i.e. three business days, plus two weekend days, after spending the basic $10 ground handling charge plus another $25 for expedited two day air, just to get one small item from Nevada to Arizona. "I ordered a set of Qa1 shocks on the 2nd at 7pm pacific time.
There was a problem with the shipping adress VS the billing adress so they called me on the 4th in the morning to make sure the order shipping adress was correct.
I recieved the shocks on the 5th with a hat for no charge.
Considering the delay they got the parts to me in great time and at the best price around with shipping (HANDLING)included."
