"What can be said that hasn't already. Stealthmachines beats their rivals in both there prices and (for now) their free 5 year warrenty. I took the plunge based on reviews from this site and overhearing fellow classmates talking about custom computers. I thought "Its too good to be true", a buisness actually caring about their customers, but its not. 3 weeks after my order I received a carefully packed High quality lightning fast computer. Josef the owner answered all my e-mails and returned all my calls himself in a timely manner. I'am very satisfied and look forword to doing buisness again in the coming year."

"Overall experience was great. I ordered the computer and received it about four weeks after the ordering process. Prior to selecting StealhMachines as my computer build company, I shopped around other boutique/gamning computer companies. What sold me were a couple of things. I appreciated the tidbits of information on the website that steered you away from certain things like overclocking and soundcards..on other sites, OC is often bragged about but in reality, it's probably not needed for us casual gamers who just want to be able to play the lastest and greatest games available. Another reason, is that Josef, the owner, personally responsed to a few inquiries that I had about computers in general and also to my specific build recommendation. I appreciated the prompt feedback he provided. Lastly, you just can't beat a free, five year warranty! Enough said.
I did run into a snag with my computer as it was damaged during the shipment but nothing really worth sending back for. Also, my computer was missing its data hard drive but this was rectified within five days of me telling Jess (from StealthMachines) of the problem. I installed the hard drive myself and it was pretty easy. Gotta love the SATA! Josef and Jess were apologetic about the damage to my computer and the oversight of the missing hard drive and I truly felt that they were genuine. I asked why an invoice ot computer spec sheet wasn't included in my shipment and was told that it was a just a little thing to do to help save the environment. I can understand that. My spec sheet was available online and I could print it out if I wanted. One last thing. during the build process, I did have to e-mail a couple of times to find the status of my build and they responded within a day. I did call one time and was told immmediately of the status.
I would recommend StealthMachines if you are looking for 1) Quality compents. By the way, I ordered a special case that was not offered on the website, the Corsair 650..and they ordered it! I love it..beautiful case. They truly will custom build for you! 2) Excellent Customer Service 3) Excellent Warranty to name a few.
Thank you, StealthMachines, for my dream computer. It made coming back from my Afghanistan deployment, a great, informed experience."

"Well...what else is there to say that hasn't already been said here about a company that has a 10/10 record???

I thought I was a genius 10 yrs ago when I ordered the biggest, baddest Dell you could get - all made to my specs (at least based on the very few options they gave me). So, this time around I started looking at the custom builder sites and realized that I could get FAR more for my money by using them instead of Dell.

But... the reviews of these companies (cyberpower, ect.) had me scared stiff! You tell yourself that every company gets a bad review from time to time because you just can't please everyone. But YES you can and StealthMachines does it every time! I found them just in time! I was about to order from somewhere else and then their site popped up on a search.

I researched them (probably more than a crime detective even could) and found out info they probably think no one knows, but it turns out that EVERYTHING was on the up & up with Josef & StealthMachines! I own a small business in the construction industry where we build one-of-a-kind custom creations for our customers, just like Josef does here. And it occurred to me that if I can legitimately have a business with a 100% satisfied customer base then someone else can too, and I found them! My company is not THE only one that CAN please everyone every time. There is also StealthMachines!

As everyone else has said: personal attention from the owner, better prices & selection than ANY other place, screaming fast and silent as a whisper machine, clean & professional build & ship, and on & on. My only regret is that I didn't get a poster! I even loved their logo so much that I created a desktop background around it!

These guys are the real deal and you will NOT even come close to the details or the whole experience if you order somewhere else. It's a crime to me that Michael Dell & M. Zuckerburg are filthy rich when it is people like Josef that should be. Because... he cares about each customer & build as if it were for his own family!

All the happy customers (and we've already discussed that it is ALL of them) should not just stop here, with this site, when speaking highly of Stealthmachines. They should each take at least one minute a week to share their link on Facebook or anywhere else they can think to do it. Continue to support the company that gave YOU a warranty far longer than any other company would have!
There is no "considering" for me as to whether I'll buy from them again; I WILL! (And probably sooner than I need to!)"

"The machine runs excellent; every game I own on the highest settings in 1080. I had a hiccup with my video card when the computer arrived, but once we determined it was a hardware issue Josef quickly replaced the faulty one. Overall I'm very pleased with the computer and would definitely consider coming back to stealthmachines."

"It was time for me to buy another computer since my other one was getting tired after 6 years of constant use. I checked out a lot of custom comp sites on the internet since I want a machine that can do gaming and graphics so I knew I would need something better than the average machine. After looking around I became more and more disappointed as the price points seemed ridiculously high. I thought about constructing my own machine but that didn't seem to be a whole lot cheaper and there was the risk I would do something wrong or have it turn out to be less than what I hoped for. I kept looking and found StealthMachines. After reading the reviews here I decided to see what they could offer me.

I corresponded with Josef and told him what I was looking for. He responded to my emails quickly and made some good suggestions to help me select the machine that I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised to see he was able to get me the comp I wanted and at a very reasonable price. I didn't have to wait very long and it was shipped to me. The computer was well packaged to prevent any damage from occurring during it's transit. I started it up yesterday and I love it. It is whisper quiet and it is one fast machine. All the lag has disappeared from the MMO I play, lol. All my previous computer frustrations have disappeared.

The warranty on the machine is more than generous and makes this an even better value. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely recommend StealthMachines to anyone else that is in the market for a new computer."

"I put off buying a new PC as long as I could and finally time came. I didn't want an off the shelf unit that I'd end up modifying to meet my needs or get surprised by finding it contained proprietary parts I'd be stuck with. After a month of looking I decided on Stealth Machines. I wanted a killer machine and I had a fairly good budget to spend. I spoke to Josef at length both before I committed to buying from Stealth Machines and once I decided they would get the order. Even though I had a lot to spend Josef still advised me on what to buy that gave the performance I wanted but cost less than what I wanted cost. He guided me to a machine that was far more than what I expected by advising me on where to spend the money. I got more performance-wise and still stayed within my budget. Service? At the last minute a newer, faster version of the video cards I had ordered became available and Josef immediately contacted me about them and gave me an opportunity to upgrade, which I did. I wish I could meet him in person and thank him for this superb machine I'm writing this on. The PC itself is unbelievable. I do a lot of video and audio stuff but I also am a gamer. This beast chews through the most demanding games with every setting on maximum and it never slows, stutters, or does any of the things that seem a part of gaming on a PC. It's been on 24/7 since I got it and it has been flawless. It does everything well. I'm retired so it gets a serious workout for many hours every day. It arrived securely packed showing a lot of thought and care there, too. The few mundane questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. My face hurts from smiling so much! All I can say is I can't say enough about Josef, Stealth Machines and the Shadow computer system they built for me. I'd never shop anywhere else for a computer system.

ADDITION: Over the past week I installed about a dozen and a half games, among them the original Crysis. It's still considered a PC humbler. I ran Crysis on this computer at 1600 X 1200 resolution with all the viseo settings maxed. It ran perfectly- no stuttering, no slow downs- just smooth as a movie playing. It is a truly magnificent looking game when run on a machine that can handle it! Admittedly, I haven't played all the way through it, just the first several sections. If I encounter any problems I will post back but I don't forsee anything this Stealh Machines masterpiece couldn't devour.

"I ordered from stealth machines as well. I haven't recieved the machine yet, but Josef was nice enough to ship it out 3 days early for me. His Customer Service is almost perfect, the only problem I have is its been a week since I was told I would have a tracking number, I still don't have one yet. I've asked a few times via e-mail and on the phone very nicely but nothing yet, so I have no idea who's shipping my machine or when it is estimated to be here. I have been proactive in trying to contact him via phone and e-mail. I spoke with him and he very nicely told me he doesn't have it on him. A little frustrating since the weather here is insane so I have no idea if its delayed because of that or what have you.

Other than that its been a decent experience.

I will update more when I recieve my machine.

EDIT: Excellent customer service, got tracking square away, would definately order from them again!"

"I have had my Stealthmachines computer for a few days now and am happy to say that this computer surpasses my expectations. I am very happy with my buying experience from Stealthmachines. Like many others, I considered numerous other custom computer companies before choosing Stealthmachines. I ended up going with SM due their nice balance on prices, selection, recommendations, customer support, and previous customer feedback.

My buying experience was very smooth as SM responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. I was also given suggestions on the build of my machines based on my current needs and budget. Furthermore, at no point did I feel that I was being sold something that I didn't really need. I very much appreciated the honesty when dealing with Josef.

The build process was about ten days for my computer, which I believe is a reasonable time to make sure that the computer is built and tested properly. The shipping was very fast and the computer arrived in a very secure box, with plenty of padding to protect it during shipment.

I was VERY happy with my computer once I had it set up and running. It was exactly as advertised and actually even surpassed my own expectations! My Stealthmachine is fast, quiet, powerful, and you can tell the quality of the product and the very good work done on it by how stable it runs. I have had ZERO issues with the computer as of today.

So anyways, I am very happy with my computer and am glad I went with Stealthmachines as my custom computer company of choice. I would definitely buy from them again, and I recommend them to anyone who wants a great quality product, and some of the best customer support you are ever going to see.

On a personal note, I'd like to thank Josef, SM's owner, and Brandon (who built my machine) for the great work they did. We had an unfortunate situation happen when I first placed my order on August 31st. Sometime before shipment pickup, my computer was stolen from the hands of Fedex. I was very disappointed and discouraged when I found this out. As you can imagine, something like this requires claims, police reports, and investigations. Instead of having me sit back and wait during this entire process, Stealthmachines built me a brand new computer out of their own pocket. I was extremely grateful for that, and them doing this further justified my decision to choose Stealthmachines because of their awesome customer service track record. During this entire ugly scenario, I was always assured that I was in good hands and that I would be taken care of. Now, of course, I wish this situation had not happened and I would not wish this upon anyone else. However, it is very refreshing to see a company put this kind of dedication to their customer service. Again, thank you SM for taking care of me and for building my dream machine. I look forward to future business with you guys.

"I am extremely happy with Stealth Machines and Josef the owner. Josef was more than helpful in placing the order and allowed me to choose parts not initially available on the website while providing expert advice on what would be the best configuration. Every question I had was quickly answered in detail. His customer service is beyond approach. The final product was superbly built and functions flawlessly. I would definitely buy from him again and recommend Stealth Machines over any other custom-built computer company."

"I began the ordering process on the weekend after carefully reviewing the overall level of customer satisfaction on this site and verifying the BBB standing of the company. I was very impressed, and decided to send the payment for the order right away. This was the first time I made a major purchase from a company that I did not know of beforehand.

I was impressed that prior to paying for my order the owner of the company responded within moments to my initial inquiry about shipping to PR, where I live. This gave me a lot of confidence, in my experience it is very rare to get a quick response during the weekend to a routine inquiry.

The only hitch in the ordering process was that two parts were out of stock, but the problem was completely resolved by Sunday (gasp, people working on Sunday... responding to emails within minutes! Unheard of. :) ).

The fact that I was able to completely finalize the order on Sunday made me feel very happy.

Now I know that if I were to make list of the parts that went into the computer, purchase them individually and then assemble them it would have been cheaper -- but I was more than willing to pay a premium for quality assembly of quality parts. I expect to receive my system mid-next week and I am really looking forward to it!

I will update my review once I get the boxes in hand, but I am confident that the system will be truly excellent.

EDIT: Shipment Received:

The shipment arrived by the promised date, and I tore into the packaging with eager anticipation. As I expected, everything was perfect. The Antec 1200 tower case was well protected with its original foam packaging, and internal packaging prevented any movement of the internal fans installed. I carefully removed the tower from its package, and took out the internal packaging inside the case.

I was thrilled as I inspected the very neat assembly. All the cables were braided and out of the way, permitting very easy access to the motherboard.

As I booted it up, I checked its memory... the speed at loadup was simply incredible, as it should be given the config I chose:I7-960; ASUS usb 3.0 Motherboard w/ support for up to 4 PCI-E devices (three way SLI and a phys-x for example) ; 12GB RAM; NVIDIA 480 1.5gb RAM; 80gb SSD primary drive; 1.5TB data drive; blu ray burner and dvd burner.

All the software I requested was loaded, and the machine was ready to rock right out of the box.

This was a completely hassle free experience, and I am very satisfied with my purchase. "

"I called up Stealth Machines to place a order for a custom computer and was greeted over the phone by Josef who was very helpful in placing my order. He walked me through all of the options and helped me to weigh my decisions. They are currently in the process of moving and I was informed that my order would take 2-3 weeks to be built and then a 3-7 day shipping time. The computer arrived today and in perfect working order. So far I have an excellent system and if I need another computer in the future I will definitely be giving Josef another call. I would recommend this company to anyone."

"After a recommendation from a Friend, I went online and looked at what Stealth Machines had to offer and was very pleased with their products. I decided to call in my order instead of using the online form because I had a few questions. A man picked up almost right away and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of computer hardware.
After finalizing my order with him he informed me that he was the owner!!! Now that is great service.
I know the machine is going to be TOP-OF-THE-LINE.
How can it not be? When the owner of the company talks to you, you know he cares a great deal about his customers and wants to ensure people get what they want at a very competetive price.
