"Ordered a printer which was supposed to arrive in 3 business days. After order was placed, it changed to 4 business days. After waiting 4 business days, the product still did not arrive."

"Hello:

I have been a customer of Staples for 5+ years, I have found their services to go down the drain. There rebate for monthly ink recycling rewards is steady decreasing. The customer service in their stores or online suck, you can never get help when you need it. Most of all there prices are too high. You can get the same products from their competitors for less. This is not the store for business or personal office supplies nor technology anymore."

"If you want low prices, don't shop Staples. Staples prices on technology items such as memory and blank media are about 150% higher than other similar stores. Also, if you want a real technician to work on your PC, don't go to Staples. They do not work on PC's at Staples. They hook the PC up to the internet and the work is done remotely. As far as customer service, there is none. Staples doesn't satisfy....ever. Even Wal-mart has better prices and better service. The low prices commercial? What low prices? Where are they? "

"I purchased an HP color laser printer on the Nov 27th. I did not have time to open it and set it up until couple days before Christmas. That is when I discover the printer was DOA. I called the retail location that I picked up the printer and talk to a tech. He told me to bring in the printer for him to check it out. I brought the printer back. The cashier told me that NOTHING they could do. They only warranty the printer for 2 weeks. Another tech came out and offer me to buy another printer. I ask him what am I suppose to do with the HP printer. He said good luck and contact the manufacture.

When did they changed the policy not to honor a 30 days warranty on electronic like all other store? They did not even disclose that on the reciept. I will never return to Staples again. I hope they will end like Circuit City. "

"Just started using Staples.com and have had a bad experience with my first two orders. In both cases, my order was canceled due to the item being out of stock even though their website showed the item as in stock when I ordered. For one order, I was notified the same day. For my other order, I wasn't notified about the cancellation for two days. Very frustrating way to shop."

"I bought a PC here that broke within 15 days of usage. They wouldn't let me bring it back or try to help me solve the problem. They just flat out told me to contact the manufacturer. Really poor customer service and very unknowledgeable"

"Staples used to be good once. Now a days they are too worse, very poor customer service. This is what happened to me recently. I received a coupon to my mail, if I buy picture frames I will get $25 discount to it. I went to shop and bought a digital picture frame. The lady in the shop said that, if I buy duracell batteries for $12.99 * 2 = $25.98 I will receive a rewards coupon for the same amount after the quarter end. But Two months later I received coupon for only $17 dollars. I called staples customer care, they said that the digital picture frame's coupon has been splitted across all purchases applied to rewards because of the system error, but they won't give the money for the deducted amount and they said this is how staples works. I said I'm very disappointed, I do not want to buy from Staples again, then the CCR saying, if that is the case then she can void the $17 reward coupon also, so that I do not need to use the coupon. :-(
