I traveling for work and was able to still use it (carefully so as not to cut my fingers) for the short remainder of my stay. I started a claim with squaretrade as soon as I got home and the process was extremely smooth and easy. I ended up calling to see if I could bypass the deductible and work directly with apple. That\u0027s what I did and I had a new iPad within 24 hours of my returning home. Squaretrade is awesome!! "I have to say that i was amazed by the fast response that I received for my claim it was the fastest turn around I have ever had with any company and as painless as it could ever be, They treated me like i treat my customers with my company, It was the best Investment I could have ever done as well as I cant keep my mouth shut on telling everyone one I come into contact with about Square Trade.
